My favorite drug cocktails:

MDMA + OxyContin

Heroin + Xanax

Methadone + Klonopin + Marijuana (IMO the best and most sustainable combo)

DMT + Nitrous Oxide + Marijuana + Methadone and probably some benzo was in there too

Edit: And how could I forget the All Time American Classic, The Speedball: Heroin + Cocaine

IV DMT/Heroin/Ketamine combo + weed and lots of n2o is something I plan on doing one day. Maybe I'd throw in some 4-MMC as well.
