Just woken up from a lovely dream where I was trying to put on a musical with some friends, which involved copious amounts of pills and powders. It went about as well as you'd expect, but the drugs were great. The dream ended with me shoving shit loads of different coloured pills into my pockets and mouth, and then I woke up, kinda expecting to be off my tits. Ah well. Clearly it is a sign, though.

urgh that meph last night has left me feeling all grotty. buzzing my tits off last night but that stuff is proper dirty. heart palps today. excellent stuff apart from that. despite the amazing weather i cant be assed to move, vallie earlier, tunes on, might hoof a line of ket. although it might be a bad idea

Fukin right. I get about 4 hours in the day when i'm sorta ok . This is after i've had my Methadone , Valium & all the Pain Relief that i eventually was prescribed . I must use this time wisely !

Apparently, breathing deeply helps to avoid a chest infection. Easier said than done with broken ribs though!
