Heroin...looking for first time advice

Hello, this is the first time I've posted a question so please be kind. I'm giving H a try for the first time 2nite. I've been using oxy's and other's for a couple years and have a pretty good tolerance. Takes about 180-200mgs to feel good. I haven't nodded in about a year, just can't get there anymore without blowing a ton of money. So I'm on vacation from my responsibilities this week and thought...why not? So I guess what I'm getting is pretty good, but of course, I have no way of telling other than trusting my hook. He says it's pretty pure considering our area...about 90%. Does that sound right? Is that common or hard to find? I'm not slamming, planning to smoke or rip...if what he says about the quality is true, how much do I wanna start with? Any advice is welcome, this may be my only chance to do this so I want to enjoy it. Thanks :) P.S. I'm getting an 8th? He says it will be broke down into points (?) so maybe that will help explain to me how much I wanna start with. I really hope any of this makes sense.
 
90% pure heroin, I doubt it. Are you in the Golden Triangle?

If its powder then snort it and if its tar then smoke it. Sounds like you are dealing with east cost powder but IDK, just start small with you lines. Like I said I doubt its 90% pure, but if it was you wouldn't need a whole lot.

It's powder. Does that speak to the quality? God I feel like a nerd. I know 90% pure anything is rare. I guess that's the thing that got me searching posts in the first place. If he's right I'm worried and excited. At this point my plan is to start with a bump and see what happens. Thanks
 
Start with match head size bumps. Wait a bit and assess how your feeling, then repeat as needed.
 
That's probably not gonna be enough at first, but I always start super small. Once you are "too high"/ODing, you can't untake any of it. You can always take more, but you can never take less.
 
lol unless you are a rock star or you are living in pakistan or something there's no way you're getting 90% pure. but generally some solid ECP is plenty potent enough to sniff. i'd start off with a line maybe 1 mm wide and maybe 2 or 3 cm long of finely ground powder just to feel it out, you do have a fairly high tolerance from doing oxy but H can be pretty potent and unlike the pharmies you don't really know exactly how potent until you've sampled the batch... you can always re-dose after 15-30 mins (or less if you really aren't feeling it) but as other posters say you can't undo it once you're ODing.
 
Yeah, the more I look into it, I'm realizing that there's no way I'm getting what he said. He may be trying to scare me into being careful. He's typically a really good guy and he's never done me wrong, but he keeps on telling me that I have to go slow and small. I get it, I'm kinda a...um...I like to get high. I have another question if anyone is still reading this thread. What about Benzo's and H? Should I stay off them while I'm doing this?
 
everyone will tell you it's risky and it is but if you already have an opiate tolerance and you already have a little bit of a benzo tolerance you'll be fine as long as you stick to your typical doses, start out small if you're new to adding benzos to the mix... be careful... and for heaven's sake don't add in booze.
 
No way it's 90% - u do a match head size of 90%. I WAS EXACTLY u. I had an oxy habit & tried it. That was 8 years ago. I have since blown several hundred thousand $, lost my house, lost my wife, lost my kids, lost my job, lost my health, lost the morals I HAD, lost my friends, lost EVERYTHING! And no, "it can't happen to ME!" I said. I hope u didn't do it & if u did, u may have just started the END OF UR FUCKIN LIFE like I did. I'd give anything to go back to that day "to try it"....FUCK ME!!!

To the op. I have to agree with doc here. You might want to think this through to endgame. Some doors can be opened and closed...others cannot. Once you feel the cheap euphoria you may have a hard time putting it down till all ur "not yets_" become your daily reality. In response to ur question. Definitely take an allergy dose before you go full bore. I've seen longtime users fall out on one stampjust because its way more potent than the last batch with the same stamp.

Ouch. Thanks for the warning. But...I'm ok. I got it, I did it. I get the hype...it's, well, fucking awesome! I know it may be rare, but this is a one time thing. I got fucked up, nodded off to sleep, woke up on the floor snuggling with my cat and went to bed. I have a ton left and kinda wish I wouldn't have got so much. I figured I would go through it all last nite and don't wanna fuck up and keep going all week til it's gone. Think I'm gonna get rid of the rest and make some $ back. I just HAD TO try it. But I'm done, cuz I can't end up where you are. Sorry btw, your story makes me sad and also is the reason why I'm done.
 
Hey, don't u worry the itch will return. Any opiate user gets it. I still have to fight it nonstop. I would love one last blissful evening but I know what it leads to for me.
 
Ya everyone says match head bumps for first time heroin users. That is probably not going to touch you if you do 200 mg of oxy at a time, that is a pretty heavy single dose.
 
I will have to agree with the last few posts... I was in the exact same place as you are now. But that was 6 yrs ago.. I wish I had never tried it. I lost everything too. And that's the story I hear and see everyday l... It makes me literally cry when I see people "try it" cause there is no trying it.. The itch comes back and nobody is safe.. It makes you completely powerless to the urge. I would do anything to go back to that day and take the road less traveled... Please don't do it again. Give it away to some homeless person cause chances are, heroin is what got them there signing and begging for change to get well.. Cause if u don't stop now I can bet you that you will b taking a brake from your responsibilies for good! Sorry but its the cold

the bags sizes can get RIDICULOUSLY small here in Buffalo, NY, like 3- matchheads big in powder form, mostly quality is junk!, as anywhere u go in east coast, most people get caught up in the heroin fentanyl laced bags thinking that's bomb dope, when 2 bags can put u in the hospital or worse., and they will never know the difference, cuz that's heroin to society..
