Lol @ these people saying "I look normal! I look normal!"
No, you don't. When's the last time you looked at a drug user and wasn't able to tell whether or not they are high?
To a sober/normal person you may look normal, but don't let me catch your ass walkin' down the street cheesin' ...
I know!

I know plenty of drug users that look 'normal'

I also know "normal people" who look like "drug users".

Drug users are normal people.

People who never touch drugs have a harder time knowing if the person they're talking to is on drugs, unless they are spun or something.

A drug user/abuser will recognize his own easier. Just like animals in the wild. And if you don't want a sober person to ever tell you're high, you either have to meet them high and only see them high (that will be your normal to them) or else you see them sober, and they're thinking "is he on drugs?? his pupils are normally huge, he's less talkative, etc...."

Some drugs don't make your pupils dilate. Some drugs have no noticable effect at all. That's the thing, people in this thread are thinking only about their own personal DOC when answering. Drug users come in many different shapes, sizes, colours, ages, ideologies etc. They are all still people, part of the human race.

You're partially right, IMO, in that it takes one to know one. I can spot a junkie from a few blocks away. Homeless or in a suit and tie, it's like it's printed on their forehead.
But, you said it yourself... Normal people can't tell with some people. Including myself.
I work a job where I have to go into places that house and use my companies machines and fix said machines. I'm mostly sober these days but there were stretches of time where I would show to work high and fix during the work day. The most anyone noticed was that I looked "tired."
My family, some of whom I lived with during my heaviest days of use, didn't figure it out until I told them a long while after shit got bad. They both work in the ER.

I'm not trying to brag on myself. It's nothing special. It's just the way it is for some people with some drugs. I feel the need to defend myself from your LOL's. :\

I look better on my OC. I know I take 600 mgs a day but I never take enough at one time to walk around with heavy eyelids nodding(+it takes A LOT for that to happen). Only do that in a safe place. But my friends know I'm prescribed it and occasionally go crazy with it and would love to get their hands on it!

Good to know atleast 1 BL'er understands this predicament.
I didn't mean for my statement to offend anyone, I mainly wrote it with humor in mind. ..
Funny how we can spot users so easily, you're right, it IS like they have it printed on their forehead.
Sometimes when I take the daily commute I spot atleast 5 users on board.. However, I never start-up conversations with them.
They always end up being the first one to speak.. I keep my mouth shut... just to see if 'they know'

No offense taken, at all. Just wanted to clarify.
