Don't really know the bloke at all but must've acquired one of his albums at some point cos came up on me shuffle button and had to take it off shuffle and listen to a few more cos it amused me greatly :D

Liked that Fuckpony tune and is not one I've heard before so thankee kindlee for that. Seems you are on a roll for picking peeps who I hoped only I knew about due to only recently discovering meself cos if I didn't post an Isolée tune just very recently I definitely meant to after recently discovering :D

Oyaarss - Untitled Empty Space

Dark as fuck yet also lushy as fuck and totally uplifting. Never heard anything quite like it really. Most of the rest of his stuff I've heard is good but that particular tune is outstanding <3

EDIT: Also noticed you are the only other person I know of who's ever posted Green Jelly tracks, FG. I approve =D

And yes, that track is pretty dark, Ben... Although also just frikkin beautiful too. Adding in orchestral/choral stuff has been done a gazillion times but never heard it done like that. And the samples are just epic =D

Not much to say about Lemon Jelly other than to applaud and move on really ;)

This is Monster Magnet's very first release only available on cassette, that they released on their own label, Cool Beans, in 1989. Essentially it is a collection of 4 track demos, with several of the songs being re-recorded for later albums. For these recordings, Monster Magnet was a three piece consisting of Dave Wyndorf, John McBain, and Tim Cronin.

I have no idea if this cd-r was mastered from an original cassette or a dub, nor do I know what method was used to transfer it to digital. Thus the ?? in the lineage. There is not an overbearing amount of hiss, so I'm guessing it's pretty low gen, if not taken from the actual cassette release (this is my guess, but I don't want to state it as such, without knowing for sure). The overall sound quality is excellent.
