As the title says I am a man and I cannot come most of the time. Like maybe once every three months I can come in vagina. I don't masturbate cause that don't work at all. Tried fantasising bout everything imaginable no good. I rarely have trouble getting hard. I want sex and to come.

I have sex and fuck and fuck and fuck but it don't work no matter how long I go for. I feel turned on but numb physically like I cannot feel anything from sex or masturbating no pleasure or even sensation.

My whole body is numb not totally but mostly no pain and no pleasure physically though I do experience happiness and other mental pleasures just little bodily sensations.

I take suboxone and pristiq and off Zoloft.
 
Oh and when I do come I feel some strange feeling in back of my brain like a spark that is like it should be pleasure but isn't.
 
suboxone kills sex drive, zoloft kills sex drive, pristiq has a small effect on libido

I've got sex drive else this wouldn't matter no I want and desire sex and I have sex every few days but I'm numb my body my penis physically numb and I can't come.
 
No haven't told doc it don't bother me to say private stuff on Internet but it does bother in in real life.

She comes and I have a rule that I don't fuck for more than half an hour cause else she might start not liking sex and make her sore or bored so if I don't come in half hour I stop.
 
Are you self-prescribing or is this medication what the doctor recommended?

Regardless; scented candles, bubble bath, james blunt and you should be good.

You have a rule to only go for half an hour? I'm pretty sure most girls don't complain too badly about a man who can't come. Just see how far you can go until she has had enough; you never know you may just get there if you get in the right moment and enjoy it enough.

Sometimes I only go till she comes though I can go for ages once I didn't stop for over a hour but I been with my missus ten years and know her body so well and plus she is very erotic and comes easy and if I keep at it she comes again and I can stretch it out by stopping when I feel her bout to come but when she does come then she doesn't enjoy it anymore and so I prefer to stop so that every time we have sex she enjoys it then I rub her back for a while till she's asleep but even when we do it until I am exhausted it still doesn't work nothing works for me I have no feeling in my body.
 
It's absolutely med related. Subs are a partial opiate and opiates have a huge effect on orgasms. I.e they are non existent. Antidepressants/mood stabilizers/ssri's also can be a factor. Not tryin to reiterate what everyone else is saying but really should speak to your doc! You may be on too high of a dose or if lowering it isn't possible they can at least prescribe something to help you achieve "relief"...good luck I've been there and it's super frustrating. How many mgs of sub are you taking?
 
My missus is finished within around twenty minutes average. I am exhausted after around an hour but still stiff and frustrated. My physical stamina is not the best.
I take ten mg of subs a day and two hundred a day of pristiq and was taking 800 a day of Zoloft by getting multiple scripts from different docs but I stopped zoloft a week ago now.

I've been on subs n anti deps for bout three years and on opiates for round five years and totally clean of illicit opiates for a year but my problems didn't start till like last year.
 
Almost wish I weren't interested in sex cause its so frustrating. I still enjoy the closeness of it and also giving my girl pleasure but afterwards arrrr so frustrated.
 
I'm a female but I had the same problem until dropping below 8mg. I'm at 2-4mg a day and I'm practically normal. I highly suggest trying to taper down (under doc care).
 
^Yep. Sub and a SSRI are a good combo for lessened sex drive/difficulty getting off.
My doctor SWORE that Suboxone didn't decrease sex drive. I called bs and started a taper. Once i did, I also noticed a huge difference in increased libido, once I dropped below 4mg's.
I had been at 12mg and my interest in sex was mid level and it took forever.
I'd pick either the Zoloft or Sub to taper down on and go for it. It's not the end of the world dropping down. Get off those shits completely if you can, or just drop to a level where you feel more like yourself.
I don't regret getting off Sub(or SSRI's for that matter) one bit.

I think that theres a pretty good chance that you will see some improvement soon. 800 mg Sertraline (Zoloft) is a huge dose! It will take some time to get it out of your system. Halflife on this one is 26 hours but with 800 mg a day for a long period of time, there is bound to be some left in your system.

Unfortunately, some people are still affectet by sexual problems long after the SSRI drug treatment has ended, but most are not. I sincerely hope that you will not turn out to be one of them :)
 
well no wonder you can't cum - pristiq is 75% the reason, sub the other 25% and whatever's left over of the zoloft has also been responsible as well. I wouldn't be able to cum either.

pristiq isn't going to help matters, why are you on a stupid AD when you're on suboxone anyway?

zoloft will still cause issues but being on pristiq itself is going to cause the same issue especially combined with suboxone. do you get off by yourself at least? it's not normal nor healthy to only cum once every 3 months whether a vagina is involved or not.

same old story, why put your body through shit like that when you're on suboxone anyway, it'll do more for depression than any SSRI or SNRI. Be glad you can still get hard, after being on pristiq for a while i bet will completely destroy your sex drive. Sorry i just fucking hate these SNRIs.
 
id say the meds. start to beat the meat too, watch some porn. try and figure out how you were able to do it in the past. maybe before you were on the meds? now that im coming down on my mmt dose im starting to feel like my body is cranking out test since the mmt messes with it.

There's your answer :\ subs and zoloft on their own would make it hard for you to cum, but combined...when I was on opiates I could be at it for hours, just wouldn't happen. I can imagine it's a difficult topic to bring up but I would talk to your doctor about it because unfortunately while you're on that regimen I doubt it'll get better on its own...dyou remember how your sex life used to be before you got on those meds?
 
I used to not be able to come. I eventually became sexually self conscious and made sure to just watch a clock while fucking, I'd just make sure I'd do it for 20 minutes and then stop because it was making me anxious. My problem? Low T. I drank crazily back then and was sedentary. Now? I lift weights like crazy and have an amazing sex drive. Not just the mental desire for sex that I had when I was younger but the physical NEED. I mean..it's on my mimd all day. Pills and lack of physically strenuous activity are killing you, bro.

I get the feeling in the back of the head too and I'm sure many guys do. I personally find it happens on occasions where I feel really "spent" as soon as I orgasm. I don't think that it is "supposed to be pleasure" though because I have plenty of great orgasms and that sensation is not a noticeable part of them.
