honestly, methadone 100 mg, 2 10mg valium, 2 bud ice's, and maybe a couple oxycodone's. I know its stupid, but I do it every day, female 5'0, 114lbs.
 
well, this is what I do most days. other days I still get the methadone and the valium, just leave out the oxy's and alcohol. tonight i'm on the above, still feel normal as shit.
 
Some hard drugs dont really give a fuck what it is. Its been over 8 months since I've took anything like that. But I'm all about function highs these days. I don't want to be in a comma all the time. I mean I do of course but I have to work and live like and finish college and all that. I'll just have to get some kratom some time when my tolerance drops a bit. I wish I had some now this weed is fucking making me tired.

For me it depends on how high a dose I take. During the week days I take 85mg daily. I could skip a day on that and be fine. But around the 48 hr mark I am starting to get sweaty,and clammy feeling. Now on the weekends when I triple dose...(270 mg's I am not advocating anyone doing this I have been doing it for years)But I can usually go 72 hours even 96 hours and NOT be sick...however the nod lasts about 48 hours at the most.By 96 hours I am in the early stages of withdrawel. I have a slow metabolism I think though because I have a friend who can't go but 24 hours and he is in heavy withdrawel. He is skinny and takes 140 mg/day. So everyone is different.

Can methadone feel good? I get a low dose. Low enough so that I take 40mg oxycodone and 1mg fentanyl on average most days. Just to keep myself totally WD symptom free. In the UK Oxycodone is rare and they assume it's the same as morphine and heroin. So whenever I get like really tired they thought it was too much methadone, not knowing Oxy WD is slightly different to heroin and morphine because oxy is also stimulating and has a different feel and effects.
I get 35mg methadine a day (from 300mg OxyContin...way too low, right?).
I wouldn't use the additional opiates, but I need to just to keep me totally comfortable.
I also take a lowish dose of Alprazolam 4 times a day.
They also don't know about alprazolam, just diazapam. I'm too "Americanized" with my meds I think haha. They're used to heroin or diazepam.
You'd think in he last 2 decades they've been going at least one other person would be like I am.

Sorry, I went off on a tangent. My point was, is does a high(er) dose of methadone feel good? Doesn't a high dose of methadone also block opiates working? They have me on only 35mg/day and my Oxy (and fentanyl) still totally work.

I am one of those weird people that can get totally high off methadone..most people tell me I am lucky and they take it just to NOT feel withdrawel. I use to take methadone before I even got hooked on opiates and use to get blasted and when I started MMT everyone told me the about the honeymoon period with methadone...for me it never went away I still get euphoria with it after 2 years! Now some days on lower doses I just feel okay I guess if I take above 150mg's I am good for 2 days sometimes even longer.
 
rest or sleep. been coming down off of approx. 80-100mg of IVed meth for a long time now and that was administered about 20 hours ago.
 
Still craving that sleep. Still coming down from meth. Still up for the past 34 hours and 26 hours since my dose. I can't imagine that a single dose would keep me up this long. No benzos at hand, but meh. I'll manage.

Gosh I miss clove cigarettes. :( I still don't understand why they are illegal in the USA now.

I am craving cocaine fairly hardcore. I was supposed to grab some yesterday but my dealer stopped returning my texts and phone calls after I got to by where he stays. Actually, I am kind of worried about my dealer because he has not been answering his phone since then. And this is the type of dude that will answer 24/7/365... I am almost sure that he would answer his phone while giving a eulogy.
 
A handful of Lyricas. Have no idea why. I'm regular opiate user but I've been really wanting a script for Lyricas lately. Haven't had those in years.

Absolutely nothing. I finally picked up an eighth of some top shelf MMJ at a great price, after being herbless for 3 days, minus the two little 0.1g snaps my cousin broke me off on July 4th.

Maybe some Loperamide only to get past this acute opioid w/d, or my Norco refill which I don't really crave anymore, but the acute w/d is pretty much over.

Ah, cannabis :)
