Okay so today's my birthday and I plan on rolling with one or two friends at a friends house about maybe 1.5 - 2 miles away (literally walk there and back most days although it does tire me out). I have I reckon I have about .4 of good quality MDMA at max, but don't plan on taking that much straight away and the guy I'm with has a few grams so quantity isn't a problem...
So some background info:
Rolled first time ever Tuesday 11th June 2013 took about a 125mg ish (split a gram which was actually .9 into eight lines and bombed one), waited about 1 hour 30 - 40 mins, wasn't really feeling anything, so railed about the equivalent (about half of the dose up each nostril) of another 125mg's. Eventually came up really fucking nice and then the bomb kicked in and I also smoked a bowl which fucked me up a lot, I was kindda like being pissed walking / coordination) jaw clenching, extremely vivid hallucination at one point, I did get the loved up E effect mainly when the rails hit, but by the time the bomb / bowl had hit it was too much and I forced myself to go lie down as everything was getting dysphoric and uncomfortable.
Second time I rolled was Tuesday 18th June, decided didnt want such an intense trip so only took what I reckon to be anywhere between 40 - 60 mg's, about an hour after eating. Heard that redosing is bad so I didn't take any more or smoke any weed and I just ended up getting a super anxious, panicky 'come up' for a couple hours, after which I crashed and felt 'dead' coming down so went and smoked a bowl of weed and felt fine.
Haven't taken any MDMA since then because it really scared me with the under dose (was so uncomfortable, got no euphoria or anything, just mad anxiety and panic attacks, kept thinking was gonna over heat and splashing myself with cold water and even climbed out a window to stand outside haha, but didn't feel 'out of it', I had perfectly formed and conscious thought and if anything felt more intelligent than usual, yet unfortunately still crashed hard a few hours after taking) so it's been two weeks and one day since I took the under dose and 3 weeks and 1 day since I first tried (yes I'm aware of the one month rule, but today's my birthday and wanna have at least one good experience with this)
I've got about 10 x 10mg Valium and the guy im with will have a load, also got 3 grams of weed for the comedown and a load of vitamins (including my mums which have loads of B vitamins in) to replace seratonin levels and try and help my brain repair.
My primary questions are:
- Will taking some valium / smoking a small bit of weed / both (if so how long / how much) before dropping the 100 - 150mg in a rizla (or more likely insufflate as im about to eat a big ass KFC meal and dont wanna wait all night to come up slowly) get rid of the anxiety I seem to get everytime? (Feel like breathings out of control / fast / heart beating too fast / anxious as fuck about strokes or heart attacks)
- How should I react if I feel like it's getting too intense etc on the peak or if I'm coming up way too hard, would dosing 10mg or maybe even 20mg of Valium be a good idea to calm me down (although would it kill the high?)
- I've taken quite a lot of Valium already today, maybe 50mg's in total throughout the day and smoked about half a gram of weed, will this effect me coming up later as I'm feeling quite tired and am already drinking cans of Relentless energy drink to keep me alert
- How long should I avoid caffeine before consuming the MDMA as I heard they're a really bad combo? I just drank an energy drink but wont be dropping for another 4 - 5 hours at least and will have had a meal etc by then anyway
- How likely is it i'll be able to walk or skate home 1.5 - 2 miles on the start of a comedown (as that's probs when I'll decide to leave, although I will be on val and weed probably) at like 3 - 6 am? Should start getting light but at seafront so gonna avoid the beach / any bodies of water / any main roads if I can to make sure I don't do anything retarded.
