Hello, New here. Looking for advice, always. Lots of knowledge about addiction.

31 y.o female living in the US.
I was an addict for many years. Clean and sober 6 years straight. Struggling a ton lately. Need help/advice/friends/people that know what i am going through. Anytime i google anything this site comes up so i decided it was time to join. I have tons of advice to give as i have been through it all. But i still need help also. So feel free to drop me a line. :\
 
Hey! Like many here I bet, I've battled addiction issues and mental illness (bipolar I, ADHD, anxiety/panic disorder) for most of my adult life (now 35 y.o.). PM me if you need to chat with someone. I'm not sure if the details of my experience will directly relate to yours, but addicts often have things in common I think :)

^ same goes for me. I've been a drug-addled lunatic for decades.Even if we do live on opposite sides of the pond (I'm a semi-retired Englishman, for what it's worth) I bet we can find common ground.
As for struggling to stay clean, you'll find so much advice and support here and all you have to do is ask.
 
Welcome to bL. Sounds like you could both get help and offer some great advice over in Sober Living. Glad to hear you've not given up despite hitting a rough spot. You'll find some of the most caring well informed people you'll ever encounter there.
