Today it's apparently called LA Confidential & my boy's scales must be fucked coz an 8th weighed 5g %)

LA Confidential can be incredibly stoning and "wooly". I really like the taste too, earthy and hashy. It outkushes most Kush's. As in, it's more kush than most kush. Sells for high prices in the shops here, 12-16 per gram.
 
Nice, but not much of a fan of silver haze meself.

Am always impressed at people that take time to photograph the stuff rather than just smoke it. ;)

It's become a habit when skinning up off a new batch for me now.

Such as this, which I've just picked up. More Bubba Kush. Slightly different batch from the last time by the looks of it.

Still smoking on that LA Confidential as well. Fucking excellent weed.

Small leafs should be cut off (and be used to make hash from or whatever), a bud shouldn't be that leafy.

Should just be calyxes, IMO... if I were sold a bud such as that for a "Kush"-like price in a coffeeshop here, I'd definitely pass it up and try to keep myself from making a elitist comment like I just did on here :D

I have established, together with my shrink, that I am just one person (simultaneously).. but I keep being told "you people make me sick" like I'm some sort of posse.

I sees it like a pubes thing .. with there being many people preferring a bit natural of left-over fluff, either carefully arranged and trimmed or in rampant full-growth, to a thorough shave.

Exactly. And as with pubes, it's generally not a good sign if you're finding seeds in there.. %)

10g of some bubba kush x super lemon haze, its a strain my friend has been perfecting, this is a very sativa leaning pheno, has put me in a very high place :D
 
Apologies in advance as I know this has probably bindun to excess already and UTFSE etc, but I've got 12 very healthy looking plants growing in a home-made cold frame type affair outside at the moment. Basically, I'm looking for 'stealth' tactics as I need to keep the little fuckers as little and as out of sight as possible until harvest time. Obviously, inside under lights is the answer, but funds won't allow the initial investment at the moment. Anyone have any tips on reducing height growth so that I can keep them in their current sunny but not overlooked position? I'm aware that pinching out the growing tips helps stunt the vertical growth, but this can also force the plants to become male if overdone.

I know this is a massive subject and everyone's got a differing opinion, but for any of you that have successfully grown under similar limitations I would really appreciate your input.

Screen of Green techniques may work for this.

What is screen of green? Well, it is just that. A screen is the main character of scrog. It is usually made of wire or something sturdy enough to hold back the growing canopy. This wire should have some holes in it about 2x2inches in size so that the plant mater can easily grow up through the wire and be supported by it. The wire is secured between the grow medium and the lamp at a distance determined by the size of your lamp. We will get into that later.

The plants grow through the screen about 3-4 inches and then are pulled back under and spread out where YOU want them to grow. Its as easy as that folks. Its a great way to grow. Let me put it this way. I have tried untrained methods like SOG and have never come close to the yeild I get with a scrog. Okay, sounds easy right? So, what are you waiting for?

Basically a horizontal trellis to hook the tops of the plants down into and prevent them from getting too tall.

Must admit I've never heard of this method, it sounds just the job! Deffo worth looking into from what I can tell.

I'll let ya know if I use it and how it bares up etc.

yes, scrog works outdoors :sus:

set the screen up before the plants get too big.and make it a fucking massive area as they will filll it fast.

Hope you got an early flowering variety being up north and that?

A dozen plants are not gonna be easy to conceal....whatever method you use.

One would suggest that posting on a public forum isn't that stealthy.. By the way, where do you live again? =D
