Had my first experience with E pills last weekend, and I've had absolutely no complaints.
I'm scared shitless so I only just took the one.

I just want to know, will it catch up on my if I was to take one pill every 2-3 months? Do you think I could still get long term side effects?

I know you may laugh at my patheticness, but any replies would be greatly appreciated :)

Most young people I run into just consume as much as they can so I would say you are smarter than most just for asking the simple question you asked. Taking MDMA every 2-3 months should be relatively safe and shouldn't present you with many adverse effects but it depends on the person. I’ve had friends that didn’t like dropping more than once a year because they noticed alterations in their mood while some people can drop once a month without feeling negative effects.

There is a lot of research to be done still but the general consensus is that a 2-3 month break is relatively safe use.

Make sure you get a test kit also.

make sure you check pillreport http://www.pillreports.com/, allot of whats sold as e isn't - and even what shows up as md (decent pills) can have other adulterants in them. on the frequency, you could take a good deal more but it would catch up with you, lugojs comment is sensible.

THis may seem a little complex but it may be of use
It seems that much of the damage (possibly all in fact) of using substances such as MDMA is caused by the production of 'free radicals' - damaging particles that react (and damage) your brain - antioxidants neutralize free radicals.
So; MDMA ingested - causes production of free radicals - free radicals react with your brain cells and damage/destroy them.
However, if you have a very large amount of say vitamin c in your brain, the free radicals react with the vitamin c molecule (a harmless process) instead of your brain cells - thus much of the damage is avoided. In essence; the toxins produced by MDMA intake are neutralized by these antioxidants; damage is avoided.
So getting as much antioxidants into your brain before hand is damn good idea - for instance - vitamins A,C,E (c in particular), green tea perhaps, resveratrol.

Fair point regarding anti-oxidants. However, if you consume a reasonable recreational dose, 100-200mg, the neurotoxicity is minimal at best. We have natural means of buffering free radicals which are, in part, mediated by the amount of anti-oxidant nutrients present within the body. So it's definitely a good idea to consume the aforementioned vitamins. Nevertheless, in reality it's highly unlikely that you'll run into any problems if you moderate usage by 2-3 months, regardless of supplementing. Like others have mentioned, ensure that you know exactly what chemical you are consuming, before you ingest it. Unfortunately, E pills are notoriously poor for containing adulterants and, in many instances, not even containing any MDMA.

Well done for seeking out answers, I know many who can't be bothered and just take needless risks.

I can tell you've read this forum extensively before posting as your fear is apparent.

The forum (in my opinion) is littered with people who abused or were unfortunate in their use.

In general If you were to use clean (tested) product within these time periods you should be fine.

I would say once every two to three months is in the safe zone. I like to give it about 90 days.
