Hi,
I have the impression, the more I stay awake for more than one day, I get older faster :-D Isn't there a supplement which reduces the toll must body and psyche must take when I'm on the road and stay awake for more than one day? This is especially important, because I already take prescribed amphetamines, so I think, that these will increase the toll also.
Regards,

The honest answer is no. Your body needs sleep and anything you could take to make you stay awake that long will eventually kill you or cause other issues down the road.

The best answer is to not put yourself into a position that requires you to be awake that long.

Normally your brain consumes a large amount of your body's nutritional intake compared to the other organs. Sleep allows your brain to reduce its functions to lower levels so that the metabolic activity can be transferred to full body restoration, such as immune enhancement. There is nothing you can take supplement wise that can replace this process.

Ok. Best thing is sleep. But what can I take if sleep isn't possible? Antioxidants?

perhaps very large quantities of antioxidants, try and keep fresh herbs, berries, fresh organic nutrient dense vegetables, sprouts (broccoli, fennel, etc), dried organic dark purple fruits... diet extremely high in antioxidants my offset the aging process from not-sleeping a tiny bit.

nothing will do you better than adjusting your lifestyle to come off pharmaceuticals and sleep regularly.

I heard that melatonin might cause cancer. I take pikamilon. This is nicain with gaba (both together seem to work synergistically). I think its pretty good. Are there other b-vitamins recommendable which are not toxic?
