I was at uni with (Speaker) John Bercow. He was head of the FCS when Norman Tebbit, yes, Norman Tebbit, said it should be disbanded for being too right wing. Bercow too had some vile views on the ANC and apartheid.

I think Mirror in the bathroom was the best ska song I ever heard. Best lyrics anyway. I waited with baited breath for their followups and without exception every last one was utter shite.

I lost my virginity to Mirror in the Bathroom. And yer right, rest of the Beat stuff was shite. G/f had a thing for them though.
