post workout anger?

I'm working on my humility and maturity now actually hah. You're not secretly my sponsor stalking me on bluelight are you?

No. I imagine that you're in your early 20's, homey. I'm in my late 20's. I know that it sounds like AA rhetoric, but I'm not into the whole higher power thing and all of that. Eventually, you'll get to a point where you are just more mature and secure, and an all around better person. That point of your life is going to be great, man. I'm there, and I used to be where you're at, so it's just a matter of me having more life experience and being able to break it down to another person.

I don't mind the recovery rhetoric. It hits close to home. Higher power thing is a weird one considering I'm an atheist. Basically I have two higher powers, one is my physical health and the other is just "the way life works" I guess in a sense. If its gonna hurt my body, then fuck that shit. If its gonna make me bigger, healthier, stronger, more attractive then I'm all for it.

You're on the right track then!

I didn't read this whole thread, but maybe it's because of elevated testosterone levels? This study suggests testosterone influences status-seeking behavior, which can be expressed through dominating actions towards others. I notice I tend to be a little more aggressive after working out, and I attribute this to increased levels of testoterone (though there may be other factors).

Fo sho.
Testosterone is like an ocean, the currents and tides shift on a whim.

Your erection is caused by an increase in testosterone.
Your erection also CAUSES an increase in testosterone.
That's crazy huh?
