Greetings,
This is my first post - I hope I meet the local standards.
Suppose someone has
This system allows from pretty accurate liquid dosing - just weigh the powder in bulk, dissolve at a fixed ratio, and measure liquid doses. You can even do so into a gel cap for immediate consumption if you dislike the PG taste, but the PG will eventually dissolve the capsule.
I'm looking for a longer-term more portable dosing scheme. Here are two ideas I've seen or dreamt up.
I'm open to comments on these ideas or, better, other more brilliant ideas to sole the problem.
Synopsis: Have potent powdered chemical, need small consistent doses in pill-ish form.
All comments are greatly welcomed!

This is my first post - I hope I meet the local standards.
Suppose someone has
- some powdered chemical that is dosed in the milligram range
- a "milligram" scale that measures to .001, but is really only accurate to within a couple milligrams (so isn't really adequate for measuing single dry doses)
- propylene glycol

- dissolve in a volatile liquid instead of PG, then measure doses and let the solvent dry. This leaves the chemical on some medium that your carry, stuff into a gel camp, etc.
- find a bulking agent that works with PG in the sense that you can combine the dosed PG with the agent and stuff the result in to a pill. Of course, the agent has to be benign and the PG should somehow not dissolve the capsule.
