TOO MANY HOES IN MY MOTHAFUCKING MEAL
hi everyone so me and some friends of mine tried to extract lsa from morning glories obtaining no results, and i wanted to ask what i did wrong
we grinded the seeds and put them in lemon juice (not lemonade, lemon juice) and left it in the fridge covered (not to let light enter in) for like 2 days.
then it was iced so we put it near a heat source (i guess this was what we did wrong) and diluted it with tap water (another error i guess?) because the seed absorbed nearly all the lemon juice.
then we filtered it and obtained a light brownish liquid (don't remember the precise color) wich tasted like... lemon
we drank it and we felt no effect.
maybe just little but it could be due to placebo (also i've never tried lsa neither lsd so i couldn't recognize the high, and i was smoking joints so i couldn't really distinguish it).

here are my questions: what was wrong with the method i used? could you suggest me a succesful and easy method of extraction?
P.S. maybe we didn't feel anything because we took too little. like 100 seeds for each person with a considerable loss during the extraction

some morning glory seeds don't contain any LSA, & 100seeds is a very low dose anyway.

it sounds like you did the extraction just fine, though.

High temperature, sunlight and chlorine in tap water will degrade LSA very quickly.
I recommend to use distilled water and a couple drops of lemon juice. Use around 200 seeds each person for a first time. Brew the doses in seperate glasses and filter off and consume around 6 to 8 hours later. If you feel nausea, try not to fight it. I find it helps to sit back and try to really feel it, and it will soon pass. Spew if you need to spew.
Have fun. :)

i'm quite sure the seeds i used contained LSA. they were heavenly blue or something like that and i've read it's the best type to perform an extraction.
agree thay 100 seeds maybe a low dose but i think i should have felt at the very least something even if barely noticeable

i agree with the first sentence.
what do you mean by ''a couple drops''? i mean, am i supposed to soak the seeds in lemon or just add a tiny bit? if the latter, i don't see how could i filter and drink the result

What I meant was soak the crushed seeds in cold distilled or boiled water with a little bit of lemon juice. Using 100% lemon juice is too much acid and not enough water to absorb the LSAs. I have never used lemon juice in my LSA extractions and they have worked fine. Though I don't see why it wouldn't add to the efficiency.

honestly if i were you i'd just eat the seeds, straight up, ten to fifteen packs of heavenly blues and you'll be tripping good. at least this way you know you're getting 100% of the alkaloid. i've always had mediocre luck with extractions, even with good technique: cold, distilled water away from UV light. and drinking all that mucky water is just disgusting. harder to keep down than the seeds.

well i dunno how do the seeds taste but the lemon juice with the seeds soaked in didn't taste bad at all and had 0 nausea for me :)
