I'm not sure what to buy for my first DXM trip. What kind of medicine is the best for this?

personally i like cvs max strength cough syrup. it's thin for syrup. robitussin gel caps are easy to take but will make you shit.

just look on the back of whatever you buy and make sure that the only active ingredient is DXM HBr. avoid DXM polistirex and syrups with any other active ingredients besides DXM Hbr. i think the robo cough gels are a DXM-only product but as the above poster mentions, they're more expensive than syrup.

Dxm polistirex isn't bad for you as long as its the only active ingredient and delsym USUALLY only contains dxm polisti polistirex is ana edible plastic designed for ime believe something withthat absorption but tablets containing only dxm 3c's especially off brand 3c's are good too

Delsym. It only has dxm, tastes good, and is easiest on the tummy. Be sure to create a relaxing atmosphere before tripping.

dunno where you live but here in italy (and maybe in the whole europe) you can buy aricodil wich only contains dxm as active ingredient

delsym makes me feel like shit (sometimes not always) and IMO would be a bad first dxm trip, i'd start off with straight hbr not polistirex

go with the gel caps easy to take. or just go for the robitussin that as only dxm in it

Just make sure the only active ingrident is DXM. This could easily be found by searching.
