My partner has experienced hypotension (dizziness, lightheadiness, lethargy, hard time breathing) on the 2nd day after using MDMA the last two times she has rolled. Both times the symptoms started when she woke up, and they decreased and disappeared as the day went on. The first time this happened was 2 days after she rolled ( approx. 400mg of mdma throughout a night), the second time was about 5 weeks later, two days after taking approx. 180mg of mdma.
These symptoms have only happened on the 2nd day after rolling. Anyone know what might cause this and/or how to prevent the symptoms?

400mgs is a hell of a lot for one night. No wonder she had such side effects. After a dose like that she may not have been fully back up to par, brain functionality-wise by the time she took it again, even if it was a fairly large space of time in between.

I'd recommend the next time this happens she makes sure to stay hydrated during the experience and either after the experience or the next day, to eat copious amounts of healthy food and maybe some vitamins.

If that doesn't fix it, maybe she shouldn't be doing MDMA unfortunately.

Thank you! Yes, it was too much, we realized we were irresponsible and don't plan on taking that much again!

May want to give it a longer break too despite the general consensus of the 1 month rule. The longer you wait, the more rewarding in my opinion. Especially after a bit of abuse.

My friends and I usually like to go by a 2 -month rule, but that one time was an exception. We both plan to roll in a few days, about 9 weeks since the last time. That's why the concern about the issue was raised, and I could not find much info online on this.

Eat healthy enriched meals the night before. Stay hydrated throughout the experience and sleep in and eat healthy the next day. Try not to redose either. That normally makes the comedown and side effects a bit worse.
