morphine - oxy

very tolerant to oxy/hydro recently doc gave me 60 mg morphine pills.

tolerance to oxy is in excess off 100mg, so what is needed to do some magic with the morphine?

attempted biting up 2 60 mg's and drinking them down, just felt a little weird and nothing else. any advice or comment on maybe how many and how to take them?

the pill is a orangeish pink with 60 on one side and [M] on other

If you are in pain management, take them as prescribed.
