I agree with GF, but since what you do is none of my business, I'll try to answer the question.

Clen is decent for weight loss and when mixed with t3, it's even better. This isn't without side effects though. T3 has been known to cause some muscle loss (for some people) along with the weight loss, if you arent a body builder this may not bother you. And clen? I get the shakes so bad on clen that I can barely write my name.

Nothing beats a solid diet + cardio for weight loss. Does clen/t3 work? Yep, but it's up to you to decide whether or not it's something you want to use.

When I used clen/t3, I used it two weeks on, two weeks off. My doses started low 40/25mcg (clen/t3) and I gradually took my clen up to 100mcg/day. I never went over 50mcg/day on the t3, and there was no need to taper the dose on t3. Pick something low (25-50mcg) and decide what's right for you,

With all due respect, that's about as far as I'll go into dosage stuff. What was right for me may not be right for you. Be careful and do some personal research on dosage if its something you decide on.

Cheers,
Kas

Here's what I've got on Clen and T3.... You really need to know what you are doing before you consider using one or either:

Important to keep protein intake high. I was on 500g a day. T3 is catabolic but with ASS and high protein muscle losss can be kept to a minimum. Can also add in clen, ECA stack etc if you so wish.

See if you can find out if there is any history of hypothyroidism in your family, if so then T3 is a no no. Chances are you will be fine but as you well know everytime we put something into our bodies it carries a risk which I don't have a problem with but I also like to minamise the risk as much as possible.

You will need T3 an 'in ear thermometer'

One week before starting the T3 take your morning temperature as soon as you wake up (while still in bed) for 7 consecutive mornings (record in notebook). These will be your base readings.

Start T3 at 100mcg per day for 2 days then stop for 2 days then on for 2 days then off for 2 days and so on and so on. You needs to keep measuring your temperature daily and if after 7 days your temperature is not 0.3-0.6 higher than your base readings then increase T3 by 25mcg. If after another 7 days your temperature is still not higher than 0.3-0.6 then increase the dose by another 25mcg. Very unlikly that you would have to go above 125mcg.

So you are measuring your temperature each day, when your temperature drops 0.6 celsius below your base readings for 3 mornings in a row it is time to stop using the T3 as your body has begun to down regulate it's own thyroid production. You needs to keep measuring your temperature on a daily basis every morning (still in bed!) and once your temperature has reached it's average base readings again the thyroid has recovered fully. Normally this will take 2-4 weeks depending on the individual.

With this method a rebound (putting weight back on) is unlikly as your own thyroid has only been marginally suppressed. Once your temperature has reached her average base readings you can start the whole procedure again.

T3 is best taken on an empty stomach (better absorption rate) in the morning and then wait 30mins before eating.

Clenbuterol has been around a long time now and is well known within the bodybuilding world for it ability to strip off fat. Without going into to much detail clen simply stimulates your beta-2 receptors. Clen is not approved by the FDA for use in humans so non anecdotal information for use in humans is like hen's teeth. With animal studies clen has shown to build muscle and increase strength. But as stated there is very little information proving that clen does the same with humans. As you know animals are quite different in their make up from us, including they have more beta-2 receptors than us. In animal studies clen has caused heart damage when given over extended periods of time.

When I have run clen I notice a strength increase, can't remember if it had any effect on my cardio as it has been awhile since I used clen

Clen has a half life of between 7 to 9 hours. Apart from the normal sides associated with clen such as raised body temperature, shakes etc some users also suffer from insomia. Most users will cycle the drug two weeks on two weeks off to clear out their receptors. The other way, which I prefer is to run ketotifen every 3rd week to restore receptor function. Some users of clen get bad cramps, taking a taurin supplement will most often counter this.

I don't believe any of the other antihistamines up-regulate beta-2 receptors. Stick to ketotifen fumarate. It's cheap and it works.
Ketotifen slows desensitization of Beta receptors (i.e. Upgrades them) by inhibiting phospholipase A2, which is the enzyme that breaks down methylated phospholipids, and this action in turn keeps the phospholipid membrane stable, and thus keeps the receptors functioning properly.

I don't believe any of the other antihistamines do this. People have speculated diphenhydramine could but I don't think there are any studies to back it up

Hope this helps....
