Shit, think I have a bad chemical imbalance going on. I've been following a training workout programme for the past couple years and made a return today from a month off due to my injury. Endorphins made me feel really anxious, shivery and now I'm feeling pretty depressed. It was that bad I had to take an hours nap, just woke up now and feel the same. The first time I've felt like this after any of my workouts. Anyone had anything similar? I'm guessing it's the booze and drug bashing the past lot of weekends have done. However it's not any different to any time in the past. The gym helps me to recover from them! God knows but can't be doing with this again...
