To be fare I doubt the OP really gives a monkeys about what he took at this point, how old he is, or whether or not his shaking is or isnt caused by MDMA.
The man is suffering and is looking for advice to help out.
Can MDMA cause the symptoms described? Yes - Did he take MDMA? No one is ever going to know. It doesnt matter.
Are you 17? this it totally irrelevant.
Can MDMA cause you to shake? Yes it can. Can other drugs cause you to shake yes they can.
Does guessing the OPs age and telling him to stop taking MDMA help? No
We are getting this BS about MDMA being 100% safe drummed into us everyday.
If you would like to start a thread promoting MDMA and its safety go ahead.
Otherwise please focus on helping this guy out rather than coming on here and using his suffering as voice for your own agenda.

The fact that your depression is lifting is a good sign. Sounds very much like these feelings could be history very soon.
The sweating and disturbed sleep sounds like some form of mild anxiety to me. This coupled with the blury vision although it may sound over simplified just needs to be ignored. By ignoring any type of anxiety or mild DP/DR this is the best way to combat it. Try and go about your normal life routines without giving it a second thought. Over time it will eventually fade to insignificance.
People advising exercise on here is essential along with a few suppliments if you can. I would advise you to take omega 3 or Krill Oil, Multivitamin and possibley Focus Factor (USA) or Neurozan (UK) or just 5HTP alone. Also look at your diet intake focussing on eating healthy foods and also foods high in L Tryptophan. Drink also the daily recommended amount of water. Dont smoke weed, avoid alcohol, tobacco and caffeine if you can.
You will eventually feel yourself again. The more of the above you can do the quicker things will get better.
Plungas advice about gaterade could also help hydrate you along with Melatonin Suppliment for sleep. With melatonin look carefully at the dose you take as that can make the difference between helping with sleep vs making it worse.
Good luck keep us updated.
