Bench and other lifts going up isn't a good reflection of before steroids and after steroids strength bro- The reason is if you start off with no muscle and do steroids, your bench will go up, but odds are it won't be much; Some guy at the gym who has been working out for 3 years straight with dedication will shit all over your lifts even after a few cycles.
What I'm trying to say is don't think you will turn into Superman automatically after a cycle or two unless you got a foundation to build from, proper diet, proper training, and you use steroids the right way.
With that being said, I lifted for 6 years and worked as a steel fabricator during that time. Took off seven years from lifting to be a full time heroin addict and now I have been clean for 4 years; I spent two years getting my diet back on track, my strength back, and my discipline back with lifting. The third year I spent leaning down and introducing steroids and the fourth which just passed a few days ago for me was spent bulking, cutting, recomping, and doing my thing.
And during that time from being a steel fabricator to me typing this post has been spent reading, researching, and studying steroids, hormones, chemicals, peptides, supplements, herbs, biology, bodybuilding diet, and fitness.
It's been an obsession of mine. With a nice body you feel good about yourself because you like what you see and you are healthy. I got into drugs because a shot of heroin was easier to do than eating the right foods and sweating in the gym. The results for instant. I felt good in seconds.
If you put aside drug use, know about the body, know how steroids work and how to use them, eat right, train right, have a proper foundation, and remember that steroids aren't magic you can expect dramatic changes in the physique. Strength that only grows. Sometimes daily changes in physique once you learn how to manipulate water, glycogen, and carbohydrates. You won't recognize who you see in the mirror.
There is no putting steroids gains into numbers. All I can offer is this post.
