Nothing work.s
Over the last few hours I have had:
2 Benadryl
150mg Promethazine Hydrochloride
150mg Codeine Phosphate
260mg Oxycodone
1mg Fentanyl

I'm not even nodding. I'm EXHAUSTED from insomnia :(

I have Xanax but would it be very dangerous on top of all of the above even though I really don't feel all the high?
Same goes for Etizolam?

Yes. Both would be dangerous, even though you appear to have a huge tolerance.

That's what's weird.
Normally taking 100mg Oxy and 50mg Promethazine would have me warm and happy and very sleepy and I'd nod off very quickly if I wanted.
For some reason nothing seems to be affecting me much today.

I can't 100% vouch for the promethazine or the fentanyl (I HAVE taken both of them alone and I'm positive they're the real deal, though), but I got both the codeine and the Oxy off my doctor so I couldn't have gotten bad batch, or shit that had been cut down to a low purity.

Sounds to be like the effects of a rapidly rising tolerance, which sadly is just how it goes when you get into doses in these ranges. As others have said, despite your having a high tolerance, adding more to the mix is not only dangerous, but even if it works temporarily will just make issues even worse in the long run.

The best I can offer is that it sounds like you need to work on tapering and take a closer look at what you're doing to yourself.

Feel better man. <3

Heck I couldn't sleep with that much oxy in me either and for the record, I have a very high tolerance too. It kind of hops me up, definitely does not make me nod at all. 500mg, maybe. I like to use massive amounts of benedryl personally, like 4-6 pills at one time. Even then it can take two to three hours to doze off. Please be safe dude.

Why are you taking so high doses of the antihistamines? It's counter-productive, more will result in anticholinergic effects and possibly stimulation instead. More isn't always better when it comes to drugs.

Try going for a long run / walk some hours before going to sleep. I'm a chronic insomniac and after years of benzos and other sleeping pills I find running 10km if I can before going to bed + some antihistamines is the best combination.

Weed/hash is better than any other sleeping medication in my oppinion also.

It looks like you are probably in the middle of a habit (most people would not use a cocktail like that to sleep, + would be vomiting, passed out at those doses).
xanax is not a good look to add to all that.

If possible, cut back on the drugs. Abusing opiates and antihistamines will obviously cause side effects.
Exercise + sleep habits while abstaining from caffeine/stimulants is the 1st active thing to work on. Even then nobody sleeps perfectly every night.
Good luck man.

when i try to get high from opiates nowadays even massive doses will be far from effective for me. After a long break 160mg of oxy/400mg of morphine should get me rocked but it just doesnt. shits just messed up like that.

Opioids cause sleep disruption, it's very common. Try vastly decreasing your dosages of everything whilst coming up to bedtime.

Btw, chasing a high like that with fentanyl will cause you to sleep...forever. I thought you were only going to use the fent patches when you ran out of oxy?

This isn't good, at all.

damn, sounds like your tolerance is just huge. I prefer heroin instead of pills but im sure if I had taken all that I'd be FUCKED up. also weed/alcohol are good for sleeping. If I still wasn't high at the levels your doing, I'd take the xanax. That's just me though.. still, that's a huge habit and you should prob wean down/ or get on subs or something.. hope it works out of ya

Worrying about sleep is the number one thing that keeps many people from sleeping. Just remember you won't die from sleep. And when your body is ready to sleep you will sleep. Your body will force you to sleep. So just wait it out no since raising your tolerance anymore by piling on a bunch of drugs.

This may be a far out speculation. But, perhaps when you mix all those opiates, they keep competing for the bullseye and never actually bind for long enough before another one enters, thus causing you to feel perpetually inadequately high. 8(

Personally opioids keep me awake. I'd cut out them altogether you're probably way too bloody high to sleep...

You think takin one opiate at a time would help?

I eventually slept and had really horrific nightmares. I think I'm gonna go a little easier on the opiates. Keep my tolerance under control. Plus as people have said Oxy can actually be pretty stimulating.

I AM only going to use the fentanyl patches when I run out of Oxy, I just managed to get a fent nasal spray, too.

Some opioids, such as Oxycodone are not really sedative (at least compared to - say - methadone), and tend to keep people awake rather than knock them out. I know because it happens to me all the time. And that's in combination with Xanax. Best advice I can offer is - don't try to get to sleep right after using. Wait a few hours. And take a little Xanax to before bed time.

One last thing - I know insomnia can be extremely frustrating. If you still are unable to sleep after trying my recommendation, don't do something reckless, such as mixing opioids with downers + alcohol. Instead, see if you can get some Seroquel. If that stuff doesn't knock you out (it should) then.... I give up.

I don't drink alcohol...like at all (I had a very severe addiction/dependency to it for 3 years...7 months sober now :))

Isn't serequel an anti-psychotic? Will it make me gain weight? Or have other side-effects?

I find easing up on the Oxy and taking a Xanax at night helps.

You could be onto something there. I find morphine sulphate is much more sedating than oxy. Oxy tends to actually give me a buzz for the first 2 or 3 hours and THEN sedate me.

seroquel will definitely make you gain weight, i'd wake up in a zombie like haze and gobble cookies and cupcakes down as fast as i could with as much chocolate milk as i had in my fridge lol. It is an anti-psychotic but at low doses it's more of a super anti histamine. It will knock you the fuck out and has tons of terrible side effects, some even permanent.

It has its uses though for extreme insomnia.

oxy is too stimulating is the issue. Make sure you exert yourself during the day and don't force yourself to sleep. I'm an insane insomniac. I've even taken 100mg of seroquel without a tolerance to it and still couldn't sleep, even with 10mg of etizolam and 7.5mg of zopiclone. For me, it was mostly due to not doing anything all day long and taking naps, as well as opiate PAWS. For you, i definitely think the oxy is too stimulating, morphine would definitely put you out before oxy would. Anyway, be careful mixing fent/oxy/benzos/anti histamines, you may not wake up one day.

I know my tolerances very well for the drugs I take regularly and always thoroughly research any other drug before adding it to the mix. I also temporarily half the doses of my regular's and take half the minimum dose of the new drug. I am extremely careful :)

It's very rare that I mix different opiates together.

Oxy is my favorite plus I have an actual prescription for it so I tend to mainly stick by it. I've recently discovered a fentanyl nasal spray which even in small doses (the spray is 0.12mg fentanyl per spray, 140 sprays in the bottle) I find fentanyl extremely euphoric, calming and warm. I also have fentanyl trans-dermal patches which I have yet to use as I got them as an insurance measure to keep me out of withdrawal/feeling good if I ever temporarily run low on opiates or if I have responsibilities or things I need to concentrate on where I don't want excessive opiates hampering my performace.

In that case I'd rather avoid seroquel then. I like a good sleep, but I like being skinny more. Plus, Xanax seems to be doing an excellent job and the anxiolytic effects seem to be helping with the nightmares/night terrors I've been suffering recently.

Exercising more is an excellent idea. I used to exercise (cardio) for 3 hours a day, 6 days a week. Until last November when I was taken extremely ill and spent two months in the Intensive Care Unit. I now have severe chronic pain on top of already having two collapsed vertebrae in my spine (hence the Oxy prescription) and the sudden inactivity/general weakened state has caused fibromyalgia, too.

I've been meaning to get back into exercise as I really miss it. I think I will start today thanks :).
