^ Sound lovely man, I miss coleslaw. Impossible to get here. Love a nice big bake potato covered with cheese and coleslaw. Yum!

Hmmm maybe this is my next project. Follow in your footsteps and give it shot. I remember making coleslaw back in school actually. No idea if it were good or not. Wish I could remember how I did it.
 
I love a bit of man mayo.

Anyway when theres coleslaw about it goes on everything, slaw everything up. Great butty addition

It's a piece of piss, I just read the ingredients on a tub of Tesco coleslaw and took it from there. Didn't bother with the "stabilisers" like xanthan gum, whatever that is. They use "crème fraîche mayonnaise", normal mayonnaise seems fine to me.

I see a bit of mustard powder might be useful....
 
If you skip the mayo/cheese - scrunch it all together it works great with a curry :)

Roast Chicken / Mash Potato (mixed with tomato paste, cumin, garlic)/ roast Carrots with an onion gravy.

Haha you would think so! Fucking Tesco have their clutches here and you would think they would have it somewhere. All I can find are these crappy pea and potato salad shite. Think I'm going to go do your method and give it a shot. Side of beetroot on the plate and will have myself a nice baked tattie for dinner this week :D

^/^^Thank you - The house smelled gorgeous when it was cooking. I had rubbed the chicken's (got one for tomorrow) in a mixture of garlic /chili/cumin/lemon zest and olive oil so the skin went really crispy :).

Not the best photo but it was tasty! The rabbit liver was tiny bit over cooked but otherwise it was superb.
 
Beef steak cooked in butter with rosemary and crushed up chillies, fried green peppers and an omlette with fresh hops, nettle, onions and chillies. Washed it down with lager.

BUT, serve that to a Spaniard and they would either point dnd laugh and mock you, or they'd beat the living fucking shit out of you. =D

No disrespect meant at all,as i said, I'd eat plates of that paella you made.
 
Kenny that omelette looks well posh, i've never eaten hops, they smell bit like ganj when fresh, how much hop do you put in that? is it overpowering? I suppose not.

Again, that plate of food is making me hngry, eve though I'm full, I'd start with owens paella, then move onto yours =D

And yeah, check this double-posting out bitches! %) So fucking what????

You put rabbit liver on paella. That's like putting pesto sauce on pizza, or chicken with pasta, common things to do in the UK, but you do it here in Italy and people would either laugh at you or riot:)

MM: the hops does indeed smell remotely weedish, the taste was not overpowering at all, the nettle was more bitter and there was dandelion in it as well, which I forgot to list.
 
^wow, couple of nice meals - that Paella looks really tasty, I'm going to have to try and make some.
