ecstasy with ARV

i am hiv positive and taking HIV medicine for half year, swim taking Efarivenz , lami,and teno. and i plan to do an ectasy trip next month, what is the mimum dose suggested for swim, anyone with the condition can give advice? what is precaution needed?
I learn that it is very dangerous to combine efarivenz with ecstasy, but stupid as swim is , still want to try the luck, since the tempatation can not really resist, and planning that trip for alomost two years.

please help to give suggestions.

If something is very dangerous you shouldnt do it. When drugs interact poorly with MDMA, Serotonin Syndrome is a possibility. If you dont know what Serotonin Syndrome is you should use the bluelight search function and do some reading. if you do know what ss is, then that should be more than enough to make you avoid dangerous combos instead of still wanting to "try your luck"
