Stimulants Amps + Diet

I insufflate about 30mg of amphetamine sulfate four times a week for energy and study purposes. (Not to get confused with meth or Adderall) It's about 70% pure from what I know, which is about as high as it gets.
I'm also trying to lose weight. I like the benefit of amps suppressing appetite, but I'm still able to eat on them unlike a lot of people.
Seems like everyone who loses weight on stims is because they don't eat, but I'm not looking to fuck up my metabolism. I've always sworn to low carb and exercise. But I just read somewhere that amps lose their effect without carbs, and I need my speed to get me through school.
Is it possible to lose weight the healthy way while still getting the buzz from speed?
Advice would be greatly appreciated!

1. Keep yourself hydrated (water, and drinks with various electrolytes. You're going to be sweating. A lot).
2. Cardio (when you're NOT on the amp. Cardio + amphetamines = dangerously rapid heart rate).
3. Eat healthy (vegetables, fruits, minimal amount of meat).
4. Sleep deprivation can lead to obesity. Try to cut down on the amphetamines. Get lots of sleep.

I'm also taking Multi Vitamins every night & planning on buying Magnesium. Is it better to take at night to help with a smoother comedown or with my amps?

after doing quite a bit of reading and digging around various sources, I could find no evidence that "amps lose their effect without carbs."

I read a study on a similar topic that basically went something like this:
If I was to, for one week, be on amphetamines, and for lunch would eat a chicken breast.
The following week, I would still be on amphetamines (same dosage as week before) and for lunch would eat a bowl of noodles, equivelant in caloric amount to the chicken breast eaten the previous week.

Results of the studies showed no difference in effect of amphetamine, but only showed a decrease in interest in eating lunch altogether.

make sure to get chelated magnesium. Mag has the potential to make one more relaxed or tired, thus I think it would be wiser to consume this at bedtime or after your last meal of the day. (Supplements need to be taken separately, and with food, for maximum absorbtion.)

I would take your multi either after breakfast or lunch. (Preferably in the middle of the meal - again, for maximum absorbtion.)

If you are taking multiple supplements, it's important to space them out throughout the day and again - consume supplements with food.

When people down a handfull of supplements at one time, especially on an empty stomach, you may as well buy the bottle of pills, save 2 or 3 and dump the rest into the toilette because essentially, that's what you're doing.
I'm not saying one needs to have a full meal to consume supplements, but at the very least with a few crackers, some fruit, etc.
