Hi!
I don't have a drug problem or anything like that - BUT, I think I'm addicted to sweets! Addicted to sugar!
I've tried starting to lose some weight, and drop the carbohydrates from my diet... But I have terrible cravings for anything sweet! I'm thinking of candy, chocolate, fruits (well these aren't too bad, I think!), sodas, cereals, pudding (god, I love pudding!), yoghurt - and stuff like that. I'm actually feeling miserable if I don't get my daily share of sweets.
Now, I'd like to ask other people in the same situation: how did you manage to kick the sweets? I think that's the biggest drawback I have when losing weight - I crave sweets. I've been eating tuna, and all sorts of fish - but they are salty. Next I'm probably trying to get used to eating vegetables, like salad, carrots, paprika, corn, peas... - maybe that would bring something close to tasting sweet in my diet.
Soo... let's kick the sugar!
