ot: nothin like a spliff of heads and a heady topper between waking up and going to work.
 
300 mg Bupropion XL
300mg Gabapentin
Half a grapefruit and a glass of orange juice with a ml of ashwagandha tincture and 1/2 ml of guarana tincture
about 30 mins later 1 mg xanax and around 15 mins after that 0.5mg suboxone snorted, a bowl of some dank ass weed don't know the strain but seems like some kinda medical shit to me.
Than a little over an hour skateboard sesh on my flat bar.

Edit: I recently acquired a script for 90 1 mg xanax a month with 2 refills from my suboxone doctor in the 3 months I gotta find a dr that will treat me long term with benzo's when I take them as directed I gain tolerance very slowly. I'm hoping I can find a dr that will keep me on the xanax and treat my ADHD with vyvanse and drop the bupropion. A combo of benzos and a stimulant or opiates is the only thing that keeps me on the less depressed side of the spectrum I started having panic attacks constantly cause of stress with my family and since getting the xanax script I've been great.

this morning I fixed with 150mg vyvanse, because I thought I had work today, but my boss called me 20 minutes ago saying she's not opening up the shop today, so i'm at home, not knowing what to do with all this extra focus.
 
Strong black coffee
0.2 mg clonidine
250 mg theanine
8 g green Malay kratom (somewhat stimulating strain)
110-120 mg codeine (CWE 16 8mg tylenol 1s)
25 mg doxylamine
Concentrated valerian extract (7 325mg caps)
300 mg rhodiola

Feel great! :)

Valerian is for anxiety, right? Does it really work? How well?

Well, used alone it won't ever knock you out, but if you find a good brand/batch, a high dose really is a little sedating, especially when combined with other gabaergic herbs and/or pharms.

I actually suffer from legit anxiety. What would you recommend mixing Valerian with? (I take SSRIs and am addicted to oxycodone, if it makes a difference)
