Opioids Fentanyl blotters

Hi guys,

My friend has some fentanyl blotters each with 150ug.

What is the best way to take these- bucally or sublingually?

Also what what would be a rough dose for somebody with a moderate opiate tolerance?

I know all advice is to be taken with a grain of salt but any input would be appreciated.

assume fentanyl is about 100x more potent than morphine, i.e. 150ug fentanyl = 15 mg morphine IV equivalent. so start with maybe half a blotter to be safe.

it should be equally well absorbed bucally or sublingually.

be real careful. people have died from fentanyl overdoses before.
 
Thanks mate. I am fully aware of the inherit dangers of a drug this potent.

Can anybody give me a ballpark figure of what would be the equivalent Fentanyl sublingual dose to say 80 mg IR Oxycodone?
 
Loving these blotters. I've been on a 4 day H binge prior to eating these so I've found 300-450 ug is hitting the spot and making me nod.

After today I'm going to take 7 days off all opiates because I've heard Fentanyl causes tolerance to skyrocket and my tolerance has already grown rapidly this week (was railing 300 mg of H yesterday with 15mg of diazepam. Granted it was pretty weak H).

I know after taking some time off I'm going to have dose a lot lower with the Fentanyl.
 
fent does Jack your tolerance up. be safe and be careful. good idea taking the break but be careful when returning from it as tolerance can suddenly drop in some cases.
 
never heard of fent on blotters that's pretty cool... From my experience with fent tolerance build rapidly and physical addiction sets in quickly, withdrawal comes on fast and is very intense but doesn't last nearly as long as other opiates/oids. You have the right idea taking a week break and dosing low when you do them again...

I get the feeling I'm going to be in for a couple of days of discomfort after my 5 day opiate binge this week.

Does anyone have any experience smoking pure Fentanyl powder? I know dosing is extremely hard and dangerous but can I vape some off foil? What is the high/rush like?
 
Don't even try smoking 'pure fentanyl powder,' if your tolerance is 400ug there is no way for you to accurately measure and smoke that. You'd be in for an overdose.
 
Hey mate I have access to scientific grade scales (worth many thousands) which I believe are accurate to 10ug. I could be mistaken but I think that's it. They are university scales used to weigh minute amounts of chemicals and what not.

Awesome, im extremely jealous! I hope you didnt nod too hard and miss too much ;)

Pity you couldnt have been on a more euohoric and overall fun opioid. Or a good hit of acid with a tab of ecstasy while youre peaking halfway through the set :P

That could very will kill you; you cannot guess your dosage correctly. If you have pure powder you'd be off better by making a nasal spray out of it?

I've heard of people making nasal spray solution with Fentanyl but to me that also sounds a bit risky. Are the sprays a consistent dose?
 
I have some of these tabs too, except mine contain 120µ rather than 150µ.

I am yet to try them though, as I was just searching for the right dose as I came upon this. I think I will start with 2 tabs (240µ), as I have only taken AH-7921 in the past month and that only twice.

I am looking forward to this though... :)

Also, what is the point of looking for a different ROA if you have to make something out of the tabs? I mean, even if you can separate 500µ to smoke. It would be pretty difficult to manage to actually smoke such a small amount. Personally, although I wouldn't recommend it. I would soak one tab in water and IV it if you are adamant on trying a different ROA. Now that, would be interesting!
 
me being a needle junkie I'd soak and bang. should be a rather clean shot with very little impurities too from a HR viewpoint.

May I suggest reading the other thread I just made in OD.

A couple of hours ago I overdosed on pure fentanyl and believe I was relatively close to death.

I'm sure you have all read the generic 'fentanyl is dangerous as fuck' type of comments before, but I just found out the hard way. And that was from smoking it- a ROA I had always assumed to be reasonably safe.

Just as I was about to post what a great idea that would be......NOT!

Seriously though, I am glad you are still with us, very glad.

I was just about to post and state again what most everyone else had said above, it is sooo DANGEROUS to smoke fent...I guess some people just have to learn the hard way. As far as harm reduction goes, for future questions people have regarding smoking, maybe it will help someone else. Seems silly to ask though and everyone say don't do it and say whatever I'm doing it anyway.

Seriously though, I'm very glad you are not dead...hopefully you have decided not to try that again just to see if it will work out better next time. I have personally known several people who were extremely experienced with drugs in general and fent specifically who have died...and it was not their first time smoking it. I think everyone else on here can tell you there have been a few BLers who this has happened to also.

Please be safe, and be responsible with your drugs! (Don't make the rest of us druggies look bad)
