Also, many actors/musicians have to keep up their looks for their job. Like being good looking is part of their job. Their job is to entertain.
DJing/acting still has the stigma of a more exciting and glamorous life. I some business type people and whatnot who are good looking and also lead exciting lives as well. It isn't always true, but it's a stereotype.
Plus, I associate with business people when I'm at work. Which is not a sexy place. I'm not going to be like "oohh that guy in the office down the hall from me is soooo hot". Going out to a club and dancing? That is much more fun and sexy to me. Although I'm not actively looking for attractive people, I certainly notice them much more. Most of my entertainment involves clubbing.
