Alright so now I got your attention to further explain what I mean to ask is; Can drinking alcohol (knowing your body and alcohol tolerance) at the peak of an Amp/stims crash, already being sleep deprived until you pass out, help restore brain function since your technically unconscious ? Technically, wouldn't sleep, naturally repair the body? Or will the alcohol induced sleep further damage the healing process more than help it ? Also keeping in mind to stay hydrated drinking water in between the drinking to prevent unwanted dehydrated hangovers. Also, would adding a low-dose of DPH w/ no APAP, once again knowing your tolerance help promote relaxing sleepiness? Doses ranging no higher than 50mg, and I know the dangers of mixing 2 sedatives together with one being an antihistamine. The anticholinergic side effects can get nasty with high doses mixed with Alcohol, so know your body.

Obviously this is info is for my personal endeavors. I'm reaaaally needing a decent 7-8hr night, fully unconscious to catch up with my sleep.

I have no ideal cures like benzos, opiates or weed for the day/night. My connects ran into some bad luck n got locked up, trying to re-up, or moved away. But with anyy other day, I would never suggest this option, but maybe it could do something useful if done right ?

Thanks.

Generally, one would want to avoid alcohol if a restful sleep is the goal as it disrupts the normal sleep cycle quite substantially, but in the case of an amphetamine binge where you are sleep deprived and in desperate need of sedation sometimes to even stop, it is acceptable.

DPH is also fine.

I wouldn't exactly call it a restorative sleep. Alcohol is a toxic and dehydrating substance that can add to the oxidative stress present from stimulants.

Stick to the diphenhydramine.

Thanks. I'll be moderate with the alcohol drinking after taking the DPH just to help it intensify a lilm but wont over due it.

It's not restorative when compared to baseline sleep, but I think it is compared to being tweaked out of your gourd.

We're not talking about getting shitface drunk, but a couple drinks.

Lol yes agreed. The DPH will act like a drunk feeling when intensified with some alcohol (: I'll just drink until I get that slight, cozy warm buzzed feeling then chill TF out. Hopefully get some houurrrs tonight -_-
Noticing my Addy meds arent working as well with my brain operating with a hangover on crutches.

alcohol induces sleep, but interferes with stage 3 and stage 4 sleep which occurs usually after 90mins of being asleep. this is why you will fall asleep quickly but wake up 1-3hrs later. this usually occurs with HEAVY alcohol abuse. 1 drink won;t interfere as much as 5 drinks.

Sooo, im seeing gigantic spiders on my ceiling, sippon on this 5th shot of jack instead of downing it lol. Yeaah im pretty gonee lmao hai

lol dude, I hope you get to sleep soon.

Last time I went into psychosis I was seeing writing on my ceiling telling me I was going to die and things like that. I looked at it with interest like you are now and the next day I was in the hospital.
