Nice Try. ;)
Hey Bluelight, this is my first post and I have a question.
Over the past year I have occasionally (maybe once a month) used adderall for the purpose of staying up and studying. Back in March, I had the misfortune to be out of it during mid-terms. My weed dealer had become a serious tweaker recently, so he offered me some crystal to study on. I was very hesitant due to the negative side-effects, but I didn't worry as much about addiction. This is because I had snorted it once and it made me sick for three days. I learned that ROA does matter, and that smoking is an entirely different game.

It has been almost four weeks to the day since then, and I have managed to restrict my use to studying for exams or late-night papers. I have been up for two days as of the time this was written. I smoked quite a bit, but have noticed a moderate amount of pain in my chest. I want to know if it's my heart, lungs, or something else. To add more details, it is specifically the left side, and feel like it is in the pec region. My heart rate is fast but, has been faster. Breathing doesn't make it worse or better.

Does anyone know what's causing it?

Adderall has more negative side effects than crystal meth, so meth, if assumed pure, is superior in every way to Adderall even for studying. Nothing to worry about there, if it's pure and you dose it right it's top shape.

The heart is fatigued due to meth use and lack of sleep. Nothing to worry about, just sleep and take less meth and eat well. It's super common effect, no one dies from it. It's like when you run alot, your legs tire, when your heart rate is 120 for 48h, it also tires. Some fitness trainers argue that 120 rate over short-moderate periods of training actually benefits the heart so it's arguable if it's even a problem in itself.

I don't see any sign of dangerous use or anything to worry about, sounds good to me.

If it's my heart though, why is there pain on the left side of my chest?

Let me guess: You googled left side chest pain and found this:

Google said:
Chest Pain on the Left Side and Heart Attack

Chest pain on the left side of the body is a classic sign that you may soon experience a heart attack. In most cases this pain is combined with other side effects. The pain in the chest is often described as pressure, squeezing, or fullness within the chest cavity. In some cases a burning sensation and pain will accompany these side effects. Numbness, pain, prickling or other sensations are commonly felt in the left arm, though these side effects can transfer over to the right. The arms may also feel weak, achy or suddenly feel heavier than normal.

If you are suffering from an impending heart attack you may suddenly feel a shortness of breath. Unusual fatigue may overtake the body and you may begin to feel lightheaded or dizzy. Many patients also fall into a cold sweat or begin flushing just before having a heart attack. The pain of the chest may also begin to travel to your back. Not all patients will experience all of these symptoms. If you experience one or more of these and your discomfort comes on suddenly, contact emergency medical services for assistance.

What I put in bolt are symptoms related to either stimulant use or heart attack and in red I put those that could arise from a panic attack. You feel pain, you go on google, google tells you you're dying, and then bafff...you've lost cabin pressure. Lol. You start having a panic attack. But in fact nothing is wrong with you. Here's how to determine if it's serious or not, you answer these 4 questions:

1) Did you ever have heart problems or your family suffers from heart problems?
2) Are you 105 years old?
3) Did you use a stimulant medication in the past 48 hours?
4) Did you frequently have chest pains before you even used any stimulants?

If the answer is no, no, yes, no, you're wasting your time worrying, it's the stimulant. What happends is, when your heart rate is 60, it beats nice and quiet, you don't notice it very much so even if you had a heart problem you would barely notice it, but when it beats at 120 or more, having it in your chest is less confortable because alot more fluid is pumped, there's more friction etc. and the heart is tired after beating so fast for so long, it needs a fucking break man, which is normal, if you give it the break, top shape, no harm done, if you don't...well...it grows even more tired and the pain amplifies...and amplifies...at some point it becomes dangerous but when it does, you'll scream in pain that much it will hurt you so you gotta be suicidal to continue dosing meth.

If you Google the symptoms you find that they match those of a heart attack 100%, so this triggers a panic attack. just saying so you don't waste your time in the ER being told that the ECG looks normal.

Your first mistake was to google the symptoms. Don't ever google symptoms. Unless you are a doctor with a memory lapse, never google symptoms and more importantly don't take any corrective action based on your own interpretation because it is likely wrong. You need to see a doctor, investigations have to be made etc. Reaching a diagnosis is very hard. A layman with internet access is not qualified to lie a medical diagnosis.

I didn't google. I came to bluelight first.
The reason that I thought it wasn't heart-related was because the heart is located in the center of your chest, and the pain was in a region left and lower than the heart. One thread led me to believe it was lung-related.

Google Bluelight it's same, you're researching your symptoms on the internet and try to lie a diagnosis yourself. ^____________________________________^

I just tried to show you that it doesn't work to do that lol. It could be anything...you're smoking meth dude, you're not exactly having a Thai massage while eating vegetarian food...something is going to hurt you at some point. Your whole body is running in 5th speed. It's not used to doing that.

Yeah, I know not to take everything here as fact. It helps to have other users' opinions though. I have kept going to stay up for an exam tonight, but the pain has gone away.

Next off to the OP the chest pains will go away I know exactly what your going through I would stop as soon as possible or if you have benzos take a low dose, but more over you should stop.

Personally since ive been tweaking on and off for almost 7 years In my own experience I get more distracted on meth and want to do more "pleasure filled" activities or want to do something more fun, on adderall I get into crunch mode for studying.

Also welcome to the world of meth....lay off if uve been up for 2 days. Trust me....addiction will hit you so fast, and before you know it ull be up for 3.

Quit if you can and get some adderall.

Yeah I'm just going to let myself coast down. I know that I should quit. I never understood addiction because the only addicts I know, are opiate users of one kind or another. I tried them when I got a script for hydro 10s last year. I wasn't impressed. I guess it was stupid to think that mindset would transfer to Stims.

While your points about seeing a doctor are right, the "never google symptoms" is really poor advice. Yes it may result in psycho semantic symptoms, especially with a substance like meth tossed into the mix, but worst case scenario you go to the doctor perfectly healthy or with something minor and feel dumb. You never google a symptom and risk not realizing the seriousness of symtom(s). The person here DIDNT google shit, if he had, he would of been directed to see a doctor by any site worth a damn when entering chest pain, heart pain, or abdominal pain.

Also a closely guarded secret of doctors is they google symptoms all the time when diagnosing, they are just better trained to deal with the results.

you should seriously refrain from posting on this forum until you realize you are giving out completely false information, and that you could potentially cause some serious harm to someone with your misguided, completely wrong, idiotic "info."

crystal meth, or any drug that one acquires on the street for that matter, should never be assumed to be pure. it's unlikely that you or the OP has the means or mechanisms to accurately test for methamphetamine purity. noit only that, about 80% of the US is getting its meth supply from mexico. one should assume that it's been cut and re-rocked AT LEAST once before you get your hands on it. unless you or your momma is cookin' it up next to your morning's sunny side up meal, you have no idea what the purity is.

my goodness...did anyone actually read that shit? wow. just, wow.
ksa, is this a joke? or are you actually serious?

nothing to worry about, you say? huh. well, since an elevated heart rate causes......ahhh fuck it, why am I wasting my time, since you're so damn smart anyways and probably already know the answer to this, right?

I don't see any sign of dangerous use or anything to worry about, sounds good to me.

you sound like a senile old doctor who is trying to shoo his patient out of the exam room so you can go wear plaid pants that sit about a foot above your bellybutton and play your 3rd round of golf for the day. i'm inclined to say...gtfo.

to the original poster, mrpancake...

your pain in your chest is likely due to a muscular strain or tear. that's probably why it doesn't hurt anymore. however, if the pain persists, you should definitely see a doctor. your heart is nothing to mess around with, you've only got one...

Crystal meth aka. Desoxyn is available with prescription in many countries and is pure 100% d-methamphetamine. You don't need to suck dick in the street to obtain methamphetamine. It seems you have a tough ear so I'll say it again: Adderall has more negative side effects than methamphetamine due to 25% levo-amphetamine.

Random...

Either Ksa is a troll or probably the biggest idiot giving out horrible, HORRIBLE information.

The guy posting is smoking methamphetamine, and your saying taking adderall has more side effects. Ever hear of addiction?? Choose your words man; adderall addiction is absolutely almost nonexistent compared to meth addiction. How do you know the meth he is (again) smoking is pure?? Do you do just desoxyn?? He said he got his meth off of a weed dealer; I really dont think that is the greatest source to just ASSUME he has 100% pure methamphetamine.
