First oxycontin oc dosage

I would have to agree.

But personally, I was completely opiate naive and took a 40mg Oxycontin OP (I believe it was an OP, rubber like round red pill), cut into 4ths (after much difficulty), and got high as shit. I was fine, but was only awake for an hour or two before I passed out.

This however might not be the case with the OP. I don't know the difference between the OCs and OPs ?

By this you mean the difference betwixt oxycontin and opanaER? Surely I hope you know the difference. Oxymorphone is twice as strong ORALLY than oxycodone(due to absorption rates), via the oral route, and far more potent via any other route.
 
No, I don't. I'm talking strictly of Oxycontin. I'm almost positive the OCs are the old formulation, and the OPs are the new reformulation that perdue released. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I searched to make sure and found a thread talking just about the change from OC to OPs.

I don't think it was an Opana, certainly I would have ODed if so. This was a dark red pill with 40 on one side and I'm pretty sure OP on the other. I can't even remember exactly if it was 40mgs, but I'm pretty sure it was. I was aware it was extended release oxycodone, so that's why I cut it into fourths. I figured it was the new formulation because of the fact the damn pill was like fucking rubber. Took it orally. This was my first experience with Oxycodone too.
 
I crushed 25mg and mixed it with hot water then i drank it about 2 hours ago on an empty stomach, and i feel nothing.
I don't think i got scammed because of the reputation of the vendor.
What's wrong ?
can i eat while on oxycodone or will it ruin the high ?

I don't think eating while on it will have much of an effect. Oxycodone used to give me worst munchies than weed.

If 25 milligrams isn't working for you, titrate up in 5 milligram increments all the way up to a maximum of 40 milligrams with 30-40 minutes between each increase.

If this is the old formulation of non-tamper-resistant oxycontin, then I really see no reason why 20 milligrams wouldn't be affecting an opioid naive individual, so 40 milligrams should be plenty enough. Sometimes oxycodone's effects can be smooth and subtle, making them difficult to detect for those not experienced with it. Please keep that in mind when dosing.

if it's the old formula you should definitely be feeling something. eating is fine on oxycodone.



edit: have you noticed a difference in the size of your pupils? ie. being smaller (pinned)
