rude awakening/want a laugh?

a pile of nigella lawsons dirty lingerie
had my yard raided this morning, had me on cultivation. spent eight hours in custody got back to a boarded up door. much cursing and a borrowed screwdriver later.. i enter to find my door in two pieces


are we all of a consensus, that in the best case scenario - im gonna be forking out for a new door here. though seeing as im on a temp lease as only just moved, think a new door will be the least of my worries come next week


court on wednesday, but couldnt really give a fuck about that at the minute



now excuse me, i have to figure out how to put a rosy gloss on this to the mrs
 
fucking hell, every growers nightmare.....actually my nightmare when i was doing it in Cov was "bigger boys" coming to rob me that was my biggest fear, followed by police...

Have they mentioned production yet, or just cultivation? Have you admitted anything about production?

And don't worry about your girlfriend, i imagine,and I bet you do too, that she'll theoretically smile and tell you she loves the imaginary you whatever. :)
 
I agree it's hard to find sympathy for BHM, but part of me feels sympathy and outrage when any grower gets busted, it's the most benign "crime" there is...and fucking easy pickings for the police....

It's just not a crime at all, and shouldn't be treated as such,and no grower should be treated like a criminal and suffer all that that entails... :(
 
Irrational to think that you're not allowed to grow a plant in your own home for your own personal consumption, I feel people should protest over the government's interference with you basic individual freedoms and rights. You should be free to do whatever on your own property as long as it doesn't interfere with other people's rights or safety. People should be more active on this particular issue.

I feel for BHM and anybody who's had his rights infringed by the government and its agencies.

and youre right to be worried about the big boys... grow theft now is a massive business, especially the shithole where i live. regularly get tapped up for info on set ups when in prison



dont give a fuck about the legal ramifications.. only had my motherplants up and running seeing as i had only just arrived. losing my equipment/genetics is a bitch yes, but losing the house will be a fucking disaster



and i am actually terrified of her rents specifically mam finding out... wish i could come up with a wittier response, but im afraid it is what it is right now
 
production is BAAAD, if you admit to or are convicted of production, rather than cultivation it activates POCA (Proceeeds of Crime Act), they can seize any assets and or cash you have if they deem it to be proceeds of your "crime"...

have you admitted to production? If not, try and get your brief to go for cultivation....

Cultivation doesn't infer any financial gain from the crime, so POCA isn't used.
 
You're a right nobber but I'm sorry this has happened. :( Boils my piss that percy growing puts you on the wrong side of the law. How did they find out?

no idea swampdragon, this will no doubt become clearer over the next few days, but there is most certainly someone else growing here.. not only that but on returning home friday, the hallway absolutely stunk of cheese skunk, there was bits of torn indica leaf & trails of soil leading through the communal hallway outside onto the drive.. looked to me like either someone got robbed or a very hasty relocation of a decent sized grow. now the warrant was issued friday and on top of this, i had slept round her mom's and missed my probation home visit - also on friday morning.. seems a tad coincidental doesnt it?



bastards looked like they just smashed the pots off the floors for the fuck of it. soil, rootballs and presumably.. springtails - everywhere. bastards
 
Only a matter of time until someone buys yer confiscated computer on a police POCA auction-site and uses data-recovery algorithms on your former harddisk to uncover your dark horse stash of goth porn and proceeds to blackmail you with it.

saw no sign of police, but a dodgy van was parked in a precise same place a couple days before - that the trail of indica leaf fragments and soil ended. put it this way, some fuckers' tardiness may end up costing me not only a grands worth of equipment, but ten years of genetics and on top of it all - maybe even my home. i kept quiet, figure some cunt owes me. only thing holding me back now is the fact that for the first time in my life i actually have somethin to lose by goin prison again. could really do with a spliff right now, them upstairs want to hope i can keep tabs on my cravings at least till the violent rage dies down a bit

My mate got beat with boths ends of the nasty stick few weeks ago. Things like this is why you should never trust anyone, or cunts to be honest.

Just moved into a new flat and hes pretty vulnerable, anyway only had a small grow on about 20 plants, hed harvested them and bagged it up. Literally a few hours later 4 lads come through the kitchen window, head straight to the bathroom, rip out the panelling and take the whole stash, his first grow, oh and he got a wrench round his bonce.

Got fucked over by his new "best mates" that hed made in his new housing complex, cunts.

Oh and then to top it off the old bill turn up and arrest him for cultivation, he only had a few small replants but he got off with a caution.
Felt so bad for him though hed booked a plane ticket to get away from it all just from his profits, oh well. Anyway ramblings...

my neighbours door got done in, wrong address. They didnt pay for the door, took them 3 months.
