grinding teeth

kinda a small question. i had a few gaps in my teeth filled in a good 7 years ago. about 3 weeks after my time doing E, the fillings fell out. my dentist said this had to be from grinding my teeth but this was odd cause i had them for 7 years already and that it just randomly happened. when i did the E, i felt myself biting my cheeks a lot but i did NOT notice any teeth grinding. is it possible it was happening without noticing? or it happened while i was sleeping? i got the gap filled in again and since then i have done E maybe only twice and it hasn't fallen out but you can tell its being chipped and the dentist once again said grinding. i have never grinded my teeth before or had evidence of grinding until the drugs, so basically could the drugs have started this and happen even when im not on the E? does anyone have any experience with no grinding teeth and then after even just a minimal few spread out times of E have some problems?

im pretty much nervous to do E again because i don't notice the teeth grinding and i do not want to keep having chipped teeth!
 
You could just not be noticing it or you're going it when you sleep right after rolling. I think magnesium is said to help with grinding teeth.
