^Hey realxsalo! Please go a bit more into depth.
By rush, don't you just mean that the onset of the GABAergic effects are fast, and that the hypnotic effects are felt almost immediately?
What some people see as a rush is simply a shift from one state of mind to another within a short duration of time (usually seconds), and not necessarily an actual rush like that of heroin when it quickly courses to the brain and 'rushes' to saturate receptors.
Did you have any benzos or other drugs in your system at the time?
How much did you inject, and do you have prior tolerance to benzos?
Also, what did you dissolve it in?
If maintaining on benzos, I am sure there is no rush, because usually a dose is not felt that strongly when taking regular doses of hypnotic benzos daily, just keeps one balanced and in hypnotica-land so to speak. Although there are a lot who smoke flunitrazepam for the so-called rush.
I am curious because IV benzos is something that many users ask about, and the general verdict is don't do it, there is no gain but physical harm. I have made a solution once of diazepam for injection, with all the proper solvents and micron filters, and found absolutely no benefit at all, even though I took twice my recreational threshold dose - doubling up when IV'ing is stupid and dangerous, nonetheless I was chasing a rush but got none. But since this thread came up, it occured to me that other similar benzos (the hypnotic ones e.g. nitrazepam & flunitrazepam) are of high recreational value to many compared to f.ex. clonazepam which is a straight up anxyolitic benzo with a half-life from hell. Also it seems to be the hypnotics that are the main ones subject to misuse in terms of ROA (smoking and apparently according to you, injecting).
I am very curious as to how and why you injected it on numerous occasions?
And please explain difference in effects with and without buprenorphine, if possible. The combination can be quite dangerous, so did you adjust dosages accordingly?
Personally, I love the oral/sublingual effect of benzos when and if I take them, as they quickly start taking effect and the climb to plateau is awesome, compared to other oral drugs which have lower BA and have a longer onset. I would not want to be smacked in the face with the effects of a hypnotic benzo, by quick onset and full dose immediately felt after IV'ing.
