I'm not claiming moral high ground. I'm sure there's philosophical holes in pissing on someone's grave but I don't care nor do I claim to care. But to claim to care about some moral outrage and then willingly wish death on someone, completely incomparable in context - I never made it to PM - is probably a little more than losing the moral high ground.

the ironic thing is idiots often spout the 'rivers of blood' speech without knowing a thing about the wider quote. people think he was advocating violence, whereas he was in reality drawing parallels to the vision of the tiber running with blood before romes downfall. you can all go to hell for all i care, but for anyone who wants to listen to someone who lived in a town of massive, prolonged immigration. the government have no clue how many illegals, overstayers or even pending removals are walking round in the country, but the difference in five years is STAGGERING. mark my words, when the true scale of our population increase and massive future additional consequences fully emerge, remember those who not only freely walked our country into this disaster, but to this very day.. in the face of overwhelming public opinion and all common sanity - they continue to shout down and stamp out any voice who calmy, rationally asks for a sensible discussion on the matter

I think you may underestimate the level of loathing Thatcher created in many areas. As mentioned by the first two yoofs - she fucked up millions of people over generations not just at the time. Just cos she got booted out doesn't mean that people suddenly forgot and forgave or - more to the point - stopped bitchin' 'bout the bitch when their kids where within earshot. I'm sure a few of those yoofs became interested in politics when they got older and found out for themselves what a horrible cunt she was.

Whether or not the particular yoofs are genuinely bothered one way or t'other or are just up for champagne and dancing in the street I couldn't tell you. That's what the whiteboards were for. Whether you believe what they say or not is really down to you.

Maybe. Dunno. My parents weren't interested in politics and never voted so am just speculating as to what post-Thatcher yoofs hate Thatcher for really. I'd imagine most folk - even hipster yoofs - prefer to choose their own politics rather than just go for whatever their parents did but could be mistaken.

Why does he need a purpose?

The [photographer has gone out with a camera and a whiteboard to ask people why they are out celebrating Thatcher's death.

It appears the photographer has actively sought out people who weren't alive during her term.

The photos show that not everyone had a political agenda.

Why does everything have to have a purpose? Isn't having fun a valid purpose?
