Tramadol, since I'm now using maintenance opioids (low dose bupe and PST), and I love low dose (50-100mg/day) tramadol due to the ridiculous amount of O-Desmethyltramadol my liver pumps out.

Some strong opiate/oid (oxy 
) that isn't tramadol so I can mix it with these amps I took.
I'm craving tramadol aswell, but as I'm on amps atm, I'd be alot happier with a "traditional" opiate/oid since I'd not take any tramadol right now. Still, some tramadol would be very, very nice for the comedown. Orr some ketamine for the same purpose would be pretty sweet too.

24 hrs into takin the sub an goin strong. This shit needs to wear off asap so I can shoot my 6 viagra bags. If my boy calls me up an says 2 got em fuckin trashed than ya know its the good stuff.
