Molly hangover!

Hello!
[I'm sorry if I write bad english, not english-speaking]

I took some Molly(Crystals) yesterday, and never have I felt this bad on a molly hangover. 8( Normally I doesn't have any hangover at all actually.
Some info: The last 10 days, I've taken molly in pretty high doses(3000 mg - 1g per night) 6 times. I'm a girl.

I'm really nauseous and have no apetite, brain zaps, also I cannot seem to get ANY sleep... And my stomach hurt so bad! (I also drank alcohol yesterday btw, so that may have something to do with this hangover.)

Today I've been drinking a lot of water, and tried to eat.. Also it feels like I can't pee, so that makes me feel like I shouldn't drink at all.. Haven't noticed this before..

I've tried finding out what this comes from, but has not found any good explaination..


Any experiences/advise ? :):?


And this is not to complain, I know It would been more weird if I felt no after effects whatsoever! ...But I'm just not feeling good, and advices for making this hangover suck less would be great. I'm also very curious to know why it feels so bad.
 
Do you really need to ask why you feel like this!

That's pretty abusive use of MDMA, leads to far worse comedowns.

The Alcohol won't help, the only time iv had an horrific comedown was when I had drank heavily before popping.

Lay off it for a while and let your body and brain recover.

Eat healthy and take 5-htp to aid recovery.
 
Assuming what you took was pure MDMA and i doubt it since that's an insaaaane dose, a 'healthy' dose for a female should be around 100-180mg a night. If you take this into account it's no surprise you're feeling like this. You're also not supposed to take MDMA more than once every 6 weeks/2 months, meaning that during those 10 days you took roughly 25x the recommended amount. Let this be a lesson for you and I recommend you don't take MDMA for at least 3 months after this ridiculous binge.

Now for the tips:
Eat healthily. Lots of veg, fruit and fatty fish.
Take 5-htp (buy online or in health/beauty shops in your area, it's a supplement)
Exercise (go for a 30 min run every day, very important for your brain's health)
Drink plenty (water, tea that makes you fall asleep, etc)
Sleep (if you can't, consider taking melatonine, also a supplement)
Wait it out (like i said, abstain from using mdma for at least 3 more months)

Force yourself to eat 3 good meals, and get outside in the sun for some light exercise.

Fruit and yogurt is probably best for you now since your stomach is off. Work your way up to fatty fish.

I actually appreciate that you're telling me how stupid it is too.
I know very well this is stupid behaviour. But logic has left the building it seems..

The reason for the high doses is because of my tolerance for molly has become very high in due to over-use for some time now.
I have totally fallen in love with this drug... And it has been way too availabe for me.
I am now going to take a break from it, and that may be the reason why I overdid it... Just to "go all in" to get it done with sort of.


I've eaten some food and I feel better. The only thing that still is worrying me a bit, is that my stomach still hurts pretty bad.
I hope this is "just" a warning sign, and I'll take better care!
 
Your stomach hurting is just anxiety. As long as you are eating healthy and regularly (3-5 medium/small meals) the stomach aches will start to subside. This isn't comfortable but it will pass, have faith, stay positive.

But this night when I finally felled asleep the most creepy thing ever happend to me.
Everytime I started to fall asleep..BAAM! brainzap. That's not comfortable, but It's ok.
But as more I felled asleep I got into sleepparalyzis(body is sleeping, but mind is waking up), and I paniced and struggled to open my eyes.
This continued for some time, and since my body could not take being awake anymore (been up for 48 hours with 2 hours sleep), I just continued falling asleep with the brainzaps, sleepparalyzis to panic and then waking up being afraid.
When I actually fell asleep, I had nightmares. They seemed more and more like reality, and then suddenly I woke up again (in my dream), realizing something was wrong.. And suddenly woke up in panic..

It may not sound scary, but it was the most scaryiest shit ever.. Felt like if I felled asleep I were going to die -_^
 
That is a classic mdma recovery symptom. Get into meditation and warm milk before sleep. If it is really bothersome, a sleep aid by the doctor like xanax can help you through the rough nights. As long as you use them only when needed.

Sounds like me 5 months ago though my intake was crazier - 6 pills in one night.. You will get better for sure you just need to let your brain repair itself.. Eat healthy, exercise and get lots of sleep. More importantly DO NOT TAKE MDMA for a while :)
 
The severity is because you took it multiple nights in a row. You will probably need a long break now. The more you take without much spacing (such as every week) without a break leads to worse hangovers, even with relatively pure MDMA. I took MDMA every week for a month and stopped because the final hangover was horrible for like a week. A two month break and still the hangover was bad. I waited 6 months till I rolled again and the hangover was virtually non existent. It is good that you realise what you have been doing is stupid but you probably don't regret it, MDMA makes for amazing nights. Now it is time for you to respect the drug and take a decent break.

Also, I highly recommend you don't drink alcohol with it as I find it makes the hangover a lot worse, especially if you drink excessive amounts. I have never felt worse in my life when I have had 100-200mg MDMA combined with 700ml of vodka over the course of the night. Yes my alcohol tolerance is fairly high.

That is so true. This was my biggest mistake as well.. After the night of the binge the next day I drank alcohol which made the comedown worse..

same thing happened to me when i roll mdma daily then stopped for a few days. Try to sleep when you are tired, not because of the sleep schedule. exercise, drink warm water, read books, eat health food and fruit. finally, time will heal.

I've taken things sloow for the last days. Have even stopped smoking pot, because I've realized I've got to "escape from the bubble" that I've kind of gotten lost in for some time.. And just take some care of my body and mind! Balance is key, and the key has gotten stuck in the door! I have not had respect of the drug, and it's MDMAzing value ;) Time will go by, and I'll get plenty more chances to have fun.. Thanks for good advices, and really appreciate you telling me about own experiences!!! Good to know I'm not all alone experiencing this freaky hangover effects :P

I've eaten HEALTHY, relaxed and excercised the last couple days, and besides some anger outbursts(totally click(!), and then before I know it, come to my senses and be me again).. I've not had any more hangover effects! So I consider myself lucky, and will take this as an good lesson.. Should have been able to see it coming, but consequenses are not the first thing I think about when I'm having a good time.

Hope this will be a warning to people that haven't done my mistake yet(and probably won't!), coz this was sincerely a very uncomfortable experience for me..
