OK.... so 85% of us have parasites. My wife has been having some odd issues as of late but feels alot better ater eating alot of basic anti parasite foods like pinapple, garlic, onions there are tons of things out there that fight parasites. She kinda feels like something is moving inside of her.... she is 100% sure she is not pregnant and she is pretty sure it is not a muscle spasm. She is kinda freaked out about it.

She is debating taking a clense but has already started small amounts of Diomtanceous Earth.... Now I am doing the same just out of curiosity. I have read to start slow and not over do it, our first week will consist of a half teaspoon dose early in the mourning. This stuff supposedly naturally scrubs your intestines, makes it impossible for parasites to live there.

We also both started using aregeno oil - tastes terrible but is supposed to be good for you.

Anyone else out there into this kinda stuff? We have read that humaworm and other clensers can be quite harsh despite having only natural herbs in them. This does not sound good.

My wife is gluten sensative, but even gluten free foods have been odd in here system as of late. She went to a Dr. and her Dr. wanted to put her on a antibiotiic. My wife is not into that as an easy fix

Get a test to confirm the presence of a parasite first. Antibiotics can be helpful for certain parasites.

I disagree with the claim that 85% of us have parasites. You need to get tested to confirm it. There are some tell-tale symptoms where you can assume you might have parasites, but in order to pursue an effective treatment you need to know what one you're dealing with. Treatment for the microscopic parasites won't work on higher order organisms like flukes or worms.

But putting that fact aside... there are better methods than diatomaceous earth or antibiotics. Most western medications can only target one organism at a time.

When I returned from Nepal I had confirmed parasites and used the following combination to get rid of them:
black walnut hulls, wormwood, garlic, cloves, barberry bark, grapefruit seed extract, goldenseal root (or its non-endangered cousin oregon grape root), ginger,
aloe, quassia, mandrake root, sage.

Not all of these are necessary. Most of them are specialized to a certain kind of parasite, but I was so grossed out by the whole thing that I wanted to leave no stone unturned. My parasites were confirmed while I was in Asia, but because I did not have a medical doctor upon returning to Canada (or health insurance) I had to deal with it on my own. My GI was a wreck as well, so I didn't want to compound the problem with a pharmaceutical anti-helmetic or antibiotic. Worked fine for me.

Whatever you end up doing, you usually have to repeat it twice to kill the offspring. You do the first stage for 15 days, then wait 15 days, then do another round. Take probiotics throughout the course, and increase fiber intake.

Diatomaceous earth is basically very small bits of glass. How does that get rid of parasites, again? It works very well to adsorb certain chemicals -- along the same lines as activated carbon -- due to its high surface area, but parasites are (usually) a couple of orders of magnitude larger than the diatoms that make the silica structures. To me it sounds like trying to get rid of cockroaches by sprinkling fine sand on the floor.

Some light reading about detoxing.

quite. Why are we so full of Toxins and Parasites that we Need to Be Cleansed? All sounds a bit "original sin".

That moving around feeling your wife has.....its called gas!

Are you kidding me, 85% of us have parasites?? I'm not sure what kind of drugs you guys are taking....but...I don't think so. Are you sure these aren't meth hallucinations? I mean I'm being serious. Can you please show me where you came up with that figure (somewhere besides an advertisement that is trying to get you to buy their product that is). I'm serious, if your wife is "feeling" things "moving around inside of her" then she needs to go to a doctor and get checked, in all aspects. It would have to be a pretty damn big parasite for her to be feeling it anyways. I'm not being contentious but I would be worried for you guys and not regarding parasites!

But in all seriousness, I would be interested to see where you read this information (and like I said, aside from an ad trying to convince you to buy some product). I'm sure some people have parasites but in developed countries it cannot be 85%, at least not parasites that would cause any harm!

Please let us know what you find out. And for sure go to the doctor!

@JJ-180: It's pretty well all marketing. Like the old saying goes: there's one born every minute.
