DXM Dose

that depends on the anti psychotic. DXM hits a lot of receptors and anti psychotics may block some of this activity. 300mg is a good first dose, it's a lot stronger than you would think. Your body weight plays a role too but i don't know how much that really matters, try to aim for a low second plateau dose and make sure your antipsychotics don't have any interactions with DXM.
 
300-400mg is a good starting dose.

Can you name what anti-psych you're on? I'll check for any interactions.

Thanks for the advice, man. I'm 220 lbs.

Btw, what's the dose for the first plateau?

Hey man, don't take DXM with your SSRI and don't take it with anti-psychotics. There's a huge risk of serotonin syndrome.
 
As mentioned, mixing DXM with a SSRI is likely fatal. Do not proceed.
