Right. Fucking M4 here I come, again. Birthday party - Drugs - Bone scan - crap drugs.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh! Good Friday everyone, or not as it may be for me.

Decided to actually do the cluck, thought Easter weekend would be the best, as there's no way to get any money, i'm banned from most places in town, and have a possible warrant due to a recent ban in a supermarket near me, was told politely by security guard that manager had shown him a CCTV image, and told him to quietly ban me, even though I went in there the other day and got another one over on them. So......i'm not doing too well. Got some valium (Well, my BF so kindly gave me 4mg of his 30mg a day take out script, so he's got 4 days worth, and spared me 4mg!!!!) and 2 cans of nice 7% polish lager, but it's the mental side of things I struggle with more than physical as I'm on a script. Can't handle the thinking. Well, here goes.......

Good thing is, i'm managing to concentrate on reading, and i'm sucked into a good book! This could be the answer. :)

Ben, how far into the book are you? proper wild life that guy has lived, surprised hes still alive. Slash's autobiogaphy is worth a read as well

Boredom is your enemy at this time! Good idea with reading, & if you get bored of that maybe go for a walk someplace you ain't banned from ;)

oh dear, I've just stayed at home, how are you meant to deal with it anyway?

at least the weather has warmed up a bit. (a little bit) i've really enjoyed watching the snow disappear slowly. It all went too fast in January for my liking. doing a load of washing this weekend spring cleaning before I go to ireland next week.
