Some oolong tea & additional ECGC supplements to both aid in COMT inhibition for additional Ldopa CNS uptake
Added cocoa powder, 3 g GABA split up in 2 x 1.5g doses throughout day. Hoping the L-theanine in the oolong green tea will aid in GABA passing the BBB, with their own added potential benefit.
Oh, 2 grams of n-3 for good measure ;-)
