what is the dbol bloat??? what oral would be best to kickstart??? I dont need hyper gains,just gentle side effects and solid muscle,no water retention and easy to keep strenght during and after pct,something that doesnt shut down my balls for decade lol.... as I plan to do next cycle 10 months or latter after this one
Dbol (dianabol) is one of if not the most popular kickstart for a testosterone cycle available. Its used at the start because it piles a shitlot of weight and strength on quickly, although a lot of this weight is supposedly water which causes a bit of bloating = dbol bloat.
Pretty much every AAS will cause water retention to a degree (apart from some you don't have any business running at this point such as winny), doesn't mean you will have a big bloated belly, after 4 weeks of dbol my bloat was not noticable whatsoever.
You could run an AI such as armidex throughout your cycle to combat the bloating
Solid keepable gentle slow gains points me in the direction of equipoise for you if you were bigger and had a solid foundation + experiance with gear, though seriously mate, 500mg testosterone and a half decent diet/training schedule will PILE the weight on to you. Seriously don't underestimate test because people don't use it alone 5 cycles down the line. For a first cycle the test is more than enough, especially at your current stats, anything else would probably be a waste of gear.
You have to also think about your tendons and connective tissue which cannot develop at the extreme rate your muscles will develop. This can mean serious injury which could put you in a deeper hole than you already are, leaving you unable to train whatsoever.
If you insist on running an oral, I suggest dbol at 20mg per day which will be a decent dosage presuming the gear is good.
500mg a week of test for 12 - 15 weeks is also what I reccomend, perhaps even a lower dose of test? 500mg might be a bit much with no experiance or foundation, but that's up to you.
