Stimulants Adderall to Dexedrine Dose Conversion

I've been trying to figure this out for hours and can't find a straight answer. Basically, I'm used to taking about 60-75 mg of Addy to get a decent recreational effect. I was given 45 mg of dexedrine the other day by a friend. Is this dosage worth taking with my tolerance or should I just save it and take it when I can get some more?
 
It should be relatively the same. Adderall is a 75/25 mix of Dextroamphetamine and Levoamphetamine respectively. Dexedrine is just 100% Dextroamphetamine.
 
I'd say Adderall (25%l-amp, 75%d-amp) is 75% as potent as Dexedine (d-amp), because I don't think the levo isomer in Adderall adds much in regards to potency, just PNS effects...

Yea maybe more so on this conversation. The Levoamphetamine really is only responsible for the negative effects, not the euphoria and such.

Of course it's still probably pretty close, depending on ROA though.
 
In my subjective opinion, 45mg of IR Dextro is a lot stronger and longer lasting than 60-75mg of Adderall, it also seems to remain effective recreationally at that dosage for longer....

That is to say: I could continually dose 50mg of straight Dexamp 3-4 times a week for a few weeks and still continue to experience euphoria and a massive boost in energy, whereas with Adderall the euphoria seems to fade very quickly when taken consecutive days or every other day for a short period of time while simultaneously having much more noticeable undesirable effects....Just my experience...
