i found a steady connect for very high quality mdma and I been going crazy with it recently. I've been rolling about 3-4 times a week for the past month (100-200mg doses) and just decided to take a very long break a couple days ago. stupid I know but I couldn't help it. been really cracked out recently, anything I can do to make my self feel better mentally? been feelin down lately but that's to be expected
 
5-htp, eating healthy (immune supplements--I really like airborne), exercising.. just taking it slow--stay positive.
 
Try taking in a lot of antioxidants like peaches, oranges, apples.. any fruit really. Or you could go to your local health store and pick up some CoQ-10 or Lutein pills to get some of those free radicals out of the body!
 
Yes to all of the above. Exercising helped me as well as some good quality cannabis . Keep positive and stay head strong. 5htp is good as well - keep it to 50-100mgs a day. In due time you will be feeling much better

i eat about 70 MDMA pills in past 5 months, after 5 years brake. Also went crazy. First week today, im consuming only alcohol.
My motivation are my friends. They told me, when i was on vacation to my homeland im stupid mother fucker and i once was already fucked from it, i promised to roll only with them and that will only happen after 2 months. Mentally and not only - girlfriend, meet with people who dont do drugs. Swimming pool - wokrs best. After a week or 2 you will get back to normal, dont fuck up, telling yourself dumb excuses to roll again.
 
While its a combination of a lot of things, exercise cannot be stressed enough! Do it everyday. I switch off everyday between running, biking and yoga. The exercise promotes healthy brain repair. Also consume antioxidants, omega 3, magnesium foods and whole grains. Try and get these nutrients from foods themselves not supplements. Google the food sources. Also keep a regular sleep schedule and no illegal substances. Time is your friend. Good luck with your break!
 
biggest one of all is stop taking mdma...

...then exercise (To help repair your serotonin system) , vitamin C, drink Blueberry, drink green tea (L-Theanine) get anti-oxidents into your body and water too. take positive steps and actions for your own good.
