So kyt you'd definitely recommend depo then? I've been on the pill for about 4 years and I'm thinking I should really stop considering every other day a new study comes out showing just how they're gonna cause cancer or whatever :\
Also I get absolutely horrible PMS/cramps so it'd be awesome if I didn't have to deal with that anymore.

everyone is different, consult a doctor.

I'll have to see a doctor anyway, but I'd much rather have other women's opinions on the matter first, especially since my GP's a man.

no this discussion is a moot point, as the only relevant conversation is with her physician.
 
The pill is so easy and convenient for me. But I do have to get mine renewed this summer. I don't have a family doctor anymore, I just go to walk in clinics, so I'm not sure I trust them. I've had doctors prescribe stuff to me in the past that I didn't need and give me wrong information. But I need to look into these other methods. I do get PMS sometimes - it isn't too bad but it's still annoying. Better than the last pill I was on. But it would be nice if it was gone completely :p But regular birth control pills just seem so easy.
 
^I agree, I've never ever forgotten it and it's wonderful not to have to worry about condoms breaking and stuff - well not in terms of pregnancy at least - but urghhh so many health risks with the pill. :(

My boyfriend always compliments his co-workers new gf. Always saying how she's so pretty blah blah blah.. right in front of me and it pisses me off! This has happened... 5x times. It's not like, you look nice today. It's like WOW you look AMAZING! That dress looks SOO good on you. You are one HOT SEXY MAMA! Yes... he called her a hot, sexy, mama! Right in front of me. I was just sitting there like dumbfounded. So I kept trying to find a way to bring it up to him because it bugs the hell out of me.. and everytime he goes to work I wonder if he's going to see her, compliment her, flirt with her (cuz I know she goes there to see her bf all the time).

So of course, one day I just get pissed at him for something and blow up at him for that (right, so typical lol). He's like so OMG WHAT. And I'm like yeah you are so disrespectful! And he's like, I was just being nice--I don't even think she's attractive. THEN WHY THE FUCK DO YOU FEEL THE NEED TO COMPLIMENT HER EVERY 20 SECONDS? God knows what the hell you say to her when I'm not there!

He apologizes and says he'll never to talk her again. :rolleyes: All I said was so him to not constantly compliment and HIT ON HER but whatever. So a couple weeks like he starts complaining to me how its SOO AWKWARD at work because he's like ignoring her. And I'm like, wtf am I suppose to do about that? You're the one who put yourself in that situation. Did I say to not talk to her? Did I say to hit on her constantly? Did I tell you to call her a hot sexy mama? NO. I was like, DON'T TRY TO MAKE ME FEEL SORRY FOR YOU! wtf!

Of course I knew this was going to happen. It totally makes me seem like some psycho jealous gf--which I'm not AT ALL. There's a fine line between complimenting someone and blatantly hitting on them. He was totally hitting on her. :(
 
I've been guilty of doing the same thing and ten times out of ten its because I want to fuck the other girl. At that point he has already probably fucked her in a few different positions in his mind.
 
Oh pretty_diamonds. Is she attractive and do you think he's the type to not only cheat but be so blatant about it?

I mean there is flirting with potential and then there is just shit talking. Do you trust him?
 
Ughhh Pretty_Diamonds that really sucks, not cool on his part. To be honest yeah, he's clearly attracted to her, but that's not necessarily as bad as it sounds. I'm sure you've been attracted to other men since you've been in a relationship with him, it's perfectly normal. He was a total prick rubbing it in your face like that and IMO you were completely entitled to get mad at him, but now that he knows to keep it to himself, so long as he doesn't act on it is it really that bad ?
Also I dunno, if I were about to cheat on my girlfriend I wouldn't be so obviously flirty like that in front of her. It'd be pretty stupid. It sounds like he's just a little naive about the thing and barely even realised it would bother you.

Personally I'd rather the guy be at least 5cm taller than me, 10-15 is ideal. I'm 1m71 so around 1m80 is good.
(too lazy to convert that to feet sorry)
