im curious say if i get pulled over by a cop and i have etizolam on me n he takes em and arrests me for the unknown pill. but when they test it they see its a benzo n then im guessing im screwed? or if i got a good lawyer he could possibly make a good case as that this substance is sold legally n charges droped? im not in this situation im jus wondering what would happen or if this has happened to any one. n im not asking for legal advice either

yes it is unscheduled but it does show up as a benzo if they test the pill. and obiv benzos are illegal without a script. soo its kinda like a catch 22. i have no idea what would happen, im leaning more towards them being dicks n lockin u up for it

You may not be asking for legal advice, but you're still asking a legal question, which is against the rules.

You cant be charged for an unscheduled substance, but explaining to the cop that etiz is a legal benzo alternative would surely get the medias attention and would be the first step in it getting banned.

Well if you have tablets they'll just look them up on a pill identification site and see that they're etizolam and drop any charges.

That wouldn't be pleasant I imagine explaining to the cops: "See it's not a real drug, it's a benzo analogue"
It even said on the website "not for human consumption!" Kinda risky either way.
