Teeth guards?

My girl gets really bad jaw clenching and has even injured a tooth due to it. We ordered one, but its SUPER uncomfortable and cumbersome.

Gum causes her to chew MORE and we are in the market more for something that COVERS the teeth.
 
It's not a teeth guard, but I've personally pre-loaded on chelated magnesium, which is helpful. A lot of people around BL and other sites will say the same. Has your gf tried that?

This. I posted a thread regarding teeth clenching and chattering a while back, and magnesium was the consensus. I have yet to actually try it for myself as I've gotten much better at controlling my jaw and checking on my own well-being throughout my rolls, but it certainly couldn't hurt to give it a shot and it'll be much more convenient than having plastic coat her teeth.

did you put in boiling water and mould it to her teeth? otherwise no wonder it is uncomfortable..
